Charging doesn’t work with a card, required an account, then a registration. Charging didn’t work until customer service was involved. When it finally did. It stopped after 10mins. Went back called customer service, they reset it. Restarted, and stopped again after 10mins.
Overall - bad experience, the additional star was for a good customer service that tried to do their best to help.

Parked. Plugged in. Card reader doesn't work. Parked at another stall. Plugged in. Card reader doesn't work. Downloaded app. Signed up for an account so EVGo can sell my personal information to data brokers so I get more spam. App can't get charger working. Guess I'm walking. I really hope EVGo goes out of business ASAP. This is the kind of thing that makes people go back to buying gas cars.

I use this charger while at work and don't have a charger at home. I have been extremely disappointed by EVGo support. One charger works with CCS, but everything else is out of commission with seemingly no plan to fix. I have emailed and called to report and was told they know about it, but no ETA. Was planning on supscribing to the EVGo plan, but have zero trust that it won't end up being a waste of money
Charge start process does not always start.
Just attempt 'Start' over and over until it eventually starts.
Only 1 of 3 bays are operational.
EVgo has Cheapest prices:
( ~0.35 USD/kw-hr, off-peak ), with
membership ( ~12.00 USD/month ).
Price advantage is with the monthly 'Max' membership.
If you ( >1 session/month ):
then, (EVgo) is best price
although has less reliable equipment in this plaza.
EVgo webpage will only accept Credit/Debit Card.
If you ( <1 session/month ):
then, (Flo-Charger) is a comparable price,
additionally (Flo) equipment is much more reliable in this plaza.
Flo-Charger, at terminal, will accept ( V MC AMEX DISCO, SamsungPay, ApplePay, ).
