    Extremely poor and incredibly frustrating experience with this Redmond branch. I completely disputed allegations of damage to a car that was returned in the exact same condition as to when I picked it up. I was using this Enterprise rental while my personal car was being repaired, and I dropped the rental off directly at the nearby body shop for an Enterprise employee to pick up. Hours later, I received a call from someone at the branch claiming there was damage to the passenger-side rear door. Then, a day later, another branch employee which I believe may be the Branch Manager(Sophia) called me back and explicitly confirmed that I was checked out of my rental completely "good to go" with zero issues. During that call, I immediately flagged to her that someone from her own branch had called me the day prior suggesting something completely different! How does a branch call to report a claim, only for another branch representative to call a day later completely oblivious, confirming everything is perfect and cleared until the customer has to point out their own contradiction? The internal team communication here is nonexistent. To make matters worse, instead of sorting out their own internal mess, the branch simply passed the buck and sent me straight to their Damage Recovery Unit (DRU) without any further explanation or context. When they emailed "before" photos, the representative actually stated: “Please keep in mind the before photos attached in this email are not as clear as the originals in our system because I had to take photos of the tablet in order to attach them to this email.” Yet, when I explicitly asked them to provide those clear, original photos from their system, I received absolutely no response. They are trying to push a damage claim using blurry photos of a tablet screen while ignoring direct requests for the real evidence. To be hit with a formal claim after an employee cleared my return feels like a blatant attempt to falsely accuse a customer.     The service here was great and the lady was very helpful and kind. However, 1 star off because they added a 50 dollar second driver charge accidentally that we had to call them to remove.

    I was picked up from them and although they were down the street he drove in such an insufferable manner that I got out very nauseous. Intermittently smashing the gas and then the break also never saying a word during the drive. The front desk was friendly and helpful. After possessing the rental for a few days we endured heavy rain and the windshield wipers were so bad I had a steady river flowing across the windshield despite their use. I called them to tell them I couldn't see and they never apologized for it, just offered me a different car or I'll could take time out of my busy schedule to fix it. Since I had 3 carseats in the car and my families stuff already packed in it, it made more sense to take it to Firestone myself labor wise. They said the wipers were as bad as they get. Poor maintenance on a car that costs over $60 a day is irritating. I also was offered no credit at all for having to take the time to get the repair on my own time. Really disappointed

    I just wanna say that I love the service I receive at the Redmond Enterprise office. They are professional helpful and I always come back a couple of times a year because of the great service.
