Our water reclamation system captures and filters up to 99% of the water used in every wash, so we can use as little as 20 gallons per car. - TRTraci Rodrigues3 days ago1.0Worst car wash experience ever!!!. I purchased the membership and cancelled after a couple of weeks, because I noticed it was leaving little scratches on my paint. So I went to the touch-less, after leaving a soap film all over my car, I tried multiple times to get help from both the car wash management and upper management, but was unable to get any customer service or resolution. The soap residue was so bad that I was concerned it had nearly damaged the paint on my Range Rover. For the price you pay, I expected much better service and accountability. I will **never go here again** and would not recommend this car wash to anyone looking for quality service or customer support. I would never recommend anyone to use the car wash.

I told the cashier, I just wanted to try it out (not do membership) and how much for just 1 time wash. He said prices are right there pointing at display. I said again, what is it for 1 time wash and no membership. (Because the way I was parked and the sun, all I could see was 24.99 as Cheapest and it was membership). Instead of telling me. He said again and seemed very annoyed, said it's listed right there. For the 3rd time, I said I don't want to do membership and pay 24.99. Is there anything else? Finally on the 3rd time, he told me but was very annoyed. He said its right there $12.99. He should not be doing customer service. Rude and arrogant. Finally, I saw when I sat up a little in my seat, it said in smaller lettering a 12.99 price. If your employee can't answer simple questions, maybe you should put in a touchscreen and not have said employee. Extremely rude. He could have answered the simple question. A 1 time wash and dry is 12.99. How hard is that? Rude employee.

Customer service is awful, when I asked why he needed my license plate number to “check me in” he said “if you don’t like it, you can go to the touchless over there 👉🏻”

Well, you're right, there are other car wash places close by that I can go to. Also, after running through the wash (the most premium package), there was still soap on parts of the car. I had to get out and wipe it off myself. I get much better washes from people who aren't rude at other places. I won't be back to them again.

Are there any vehicle or accessory restrictions?
Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: • Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches • Tire widths over 13.5 inches • Dually trucks • Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches • Trucks with debris in the bed • Vehicles with hardened mud • Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If you’re unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.
