  They may have done a good job had we gotten in. Waited for an hour and didn’t move a single car. We ended up having to leave.

  We brought our 2026 Ram 3500 in for routine maintenance, including an oil change and replacement of the fuel filters. We provided the oil and all of the necessary filters ourselves. At the Bellevue, WA location, we were charged just $88.22 for the same service. However, when we came to this location, we were charged $301.00. I asked for an explanation for the huge difference in cost, but was simply told that this location charges that amount and that the Bellevue location must not have charged us for replacing the filters—which is completely inaccurate. The manager was also extremely unprofessional and actually yelled at my driver for no reason. Rather than addressing the situation professionally, they could have easily contacted the Bellevue location to verify the service or reviewed the information in their system. Charging roughly $100 per filter for a very simple replacement is unreasonable, especially when we supplied the filters ourselves. They also used some of our tools during the service, which made the experience even more frustrating. Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience from start to finish. The pricing was inconsistent, the customer service was unprofessional, and there was no reasonable explanation for the enormous price difference. We will not be returning to this location. Total rip-off.

  Terrible service. The employee tells me to wait in left line for 30 minutes. Then they allow a car to drive right in quickly to get serviced in right line. I questioned it because I had been idling for 30 minutes in my truck. They admitted they were wrong but did nothing about it, so I left upset. Never again!

  This is not a 15 minute oil change place. I've been in the bay for almost an hour. My hood is open, oil is drained. I am stuck, just waiting. Please avoid this location if you value your time.

  Nearly 2 hours for an OIL CHANGE?! I got to Jiffy Lube today (Friday) at 8:27 a.m. and did not leave until 10:07 a.m.— nearly TWO HOURS for a basic oil change. When I arrived, both bays had cars in them and there were two other cars waiting. I watched cars sit there for what felt like 30–40 minutes each for a routine oil change. When my car finally got into the bay, the technician told me it would be 15-20 minutes or so. I thought, okay, finally — I should be out of here soon. Nope. I ended up sitting in the bay for about another 40 minutes while the technician worked on my car, repeatedly walking away and going back and forth to do other things. At that point, it was pretty clear there was either a staffing issue or a serious lack of urgency. And then, to make it even more frustrating, two additional employees came in about 5-7 minutes before I finally left. So I spent nearly two hours there while the place seemed to crawl along, only to have additional employees show up right before I was finally done. What also really bothered me was the lack of consistency in how customers were treated. When I paid, I specifically told the other employee that I had been there for two hours, and he didn't apologize or even acknowledge the ridiculous wait. Meanwhile, I watched another employee/ technician apologize to the customer who was behind me when that customer was told to move into the next bay because of the long wait. So the customer behind me gets an apology for waiting, but I wait nearly two hours and can't even get an acknowledgment of it? I understand that shops get busy. I understand that staffing issues happen. But that's not an excuse for making a customer wait nearly two hours for an oil change — especially when I arrived at 8:27 a.m. I've even gotten my oil changes before at the Chevrolet dealership garage and they aren't this slow. I come to this location frequently and have never waited anywhere close to this long. That's why this experience was so disappointing. I came early specifically expecting to get in and out quickly, and instead I lost almost my entire morning. Nearly two hours for an oil change is unacceptable. Poor communication, poor sense of urgency, and inconsistent customer service. I will definitely think twice before coming back to this location. There is another jiffy lube in South Hill down meridian. I will take my business to this location instead.
