  Very communicative, great work! The paint job was done so well you can't tell that it was blended in. Did I say that the car had a matte finish? That is really hard to do. I am impressed.

  The repair done was excellent and looking at the car, I couldn't tell that it was damaged in an accident. It really looks like it was never damaged. The staff were really nice and explained the whole process of the repair. They regularly kept me updated on their progress. The whole work was completed in 6 business days! I'll definitely would recommend Gerber Collision & Glass..

  The service I received at Robert larson Toyota was OUTSTANDING from the moment I arrived I was promptly greeted, and assisted for setting up my car for service. A young gentleman inside the service department listened to my concerns about some messages I recieved on my app about the lift gate. Kick plate, and other electronic messages I received after getting my car back from Gerber Colision in Puyallup. They repaired my new 2026 rav 4 due to a person who rearended me. That same gentleman met me at the desk in the pay where I checked out and explained that my car was tested for all of my concerns and the repair had been done correctly. Everyone was very professional, and friendly. Great service for my 5,000 mile checkup.

  After being involved in a car accident, the last thing you expect is for the repair process to become one of the most positive parts of an otherwise difficult experience—but that is exactly what happened with Gerber Collision & Glass. From the very beginning, every step of the process was handled with professionalism, efficiency, kindness, and truly exceptional communication. My vehicle had front-end damage, and the repairs were completed expertly. The quality of the work was outstanding, and my car looked fantastic when I picked it up. What truly made this experience unforgettable, however, were Tim and Nick. Tim went above and beyond with frequent, thorough communication throughout the entire repair process. I never had to wonder what was happening with my vehicle or what came next. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine kindness gave me complete confidence that my car was in excellent hands. I have seen some reviews where people have expressed frustration about waiting or other aspects of the repair process, and I think it's important to offer some perspective. When you're dealing with collision repairs, you're often dealing with much more than just the repair shop itself. There may be insurance companies involved, questions or disputes over who was at fault, parts availability, unexpected damage discovered during repairs, and potentially significant financial concerns. It is already a stressful situation before the repair process even begins. In my case, I had to wait several weeks because a necessary part was on back order. Of course I wanted my car back as soon as possible, but Gerber communicated with me throughout the delay and returned my vehicle to me as quickly as they could once the part arrived. Most importantly, I genuinely appreciated that they didn't take shortcuts or choose a faster route that could have resulted in poorer-quality repairs simply to get my car out the door sooner. I would much rather wait for my vehicle to be repaired correctly—with the right parts, careful workmanship, and attention to quality—than get it back quickly and later discover that corners had been cut. Gerber chose quality over shortcuts, and as a customer, I deeply respect that. Nick wrapped up the experience perfectly when he let me know my car was ready for pickup. He was knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and incredibly kind. His outstanding customer service was the perfect ending to an already exceptional experience. If I wasn't already sold on Gerber Collision & Glass, Tim and Nick absolutely made me a believer. A car accident is never a happy experience, but somehow, they took a stressful and unfortunate situation and turned it into something remarkably positive. That says everything about the kind of people they are and the level of service they provide. Tim and Nick are truly outstanding, and Gerber Collision & Glass is incredibly fortunate to have them. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Five stars simply don't feel like enough.
