  All of the staff at the Puyallup Enterprise location are absolutely amazing. They are kind, personable and provided the best customer service! Anytime I need a car, I will always 100 go there. Maan is amazing and also the new Supervisor/Manager (sorry forgot his name) Outstanding service there.

  I’ve rented from this location three times because it’s convenient and close to home. My first experience was excellent, which is why I continued coming back. Unfortunately, the last two rentals involved issues that were not caused by me. During my second rental, my vehicle wasn’t available until about four hours after my scheduled pickup time. During my third rental, I returned the vehicle on Sunday at approximately 3:57 PM using the after-hours return process because the office was closed. The vehicle was not checked in until Monday morning, resulting in an additional charge of over $100 for time I did not have the vehicle. What was most disappointing was the resolution. While I was offered a 10% discount, that did not feel appropriate given that this was the second significant issue I’ve experienced at this location as a returning customer. The staff has always been friendly, and I understand mistakes happen. However, after two service failures in my last two rentals, I’ve lost confidence in this location and will likely use a different Enterprise office in the future unless meaningful improvements are made.
