  ALWAYS TAKE VIDEO IF YOU RENT FROM THIS PLACE!! They are crooks. We rented a car from here and thankfully took video beforehand. After we returned the car, which was not in good condition when we got it, they emailed us stating we caused damage to the car. When we asked them for specifics they wouldn’t tell us until a month later when we received an invoice(in pictures) with pictures that explained what they claimed was our responsibility. Thankfully, we took the video beforehand and have a date stamped picture showing the damage already existed when we got the car. At this point we are still fighting them, which is why I’m also posting this here. It’s ridiculous they do such a poor job in noting damage prior to rentals but also that they’d be so unethical as to try to claim these type of damages when there is clear evidence against their claim. I will never go to this dealer again and highly recommend against doing business with them. In regards to your comment to provide feedback, I've e-mailed your claims department several times and have yet to receive a reasonable answer. So unfortunately it doesn't appear that customer feedback is important to your company as zero effort has been made on your end to resolve this in a timely fashion.

  When we had a problem with the original car, Enterprise got us a new (and better!) car within a day. We also had a great experience when turning in thr car early. Great job!

  Terrible first time experience. I had reserved a van 2 weeks in advance and was given a phone call the night before to make sure I arrive early for my 10am reservation because they were going to be busy. When I showed up at 9am, they told me I had to wait until 10am regardless of how early I showed up. (If that’s the case, what was the point of the call?) I proceeded to wait an 1hr and 20min just to be told that they don’t have the vehicle because there was a recall a week prior. Why wasn’t a courtesy call provided so that I could try to resolve this issue earlier? This ended up ruining our weekend plans since we couldn’t take our extended family out to see the area. Never taking my business here again.

  Be careful when reserving a vehicle. They confirm that they will have the vehicle you require and when you show up, they don't have it. They also require a deposit and do not take debt cards. The info you get upon reserving the vehicle does NOT match the info they give you when you show up to get the vehicle.

  Enterprise made the entire process of renting a car totally painless. They are efficient fast and friendly.
