  The car was dirty, wasn't vacuum out. The outside was not clean. They offered me the elephant car. Wash to wash the car myself. I declined i just feel like that all those issues should be dealt with before rental

  Usually fast service and always have a car if I reserve one where as some other places not Enterprises don’t always save your reservation.

  Makai (in the Puyallup, WA office) went beyond helpful. He called me before I arrived to let me know he had no cars available. I, unfortunately, missed his call and showed up anyway. He explained he expected some returns but they hadn't come in yet. He called other offices and found availability at one that was an hour round trip which was further than I wanted to drive due to time constraints. While we were trying to work out a solution, two cars came in. He rushed one of them back for a clean and vacuum while I waited. In what was more than a reasonable amount of time he returned with the keys and after the pre- inspection and paperwork signing I was on my way. He gets 5 stars for his customer service. I've been renting cars from Enterprise for about 30 years and people like Makai are why. You're obviously hiring quality people and treating them right because they treat your customers right. Thank you Enterprise and HUGE THANK YOU to Makai.
