  I wouldn't recommend this place for a few reasons. The interior of the car was definitely not cleaned between rentals and the windows were covered in water spots. The employees are not well versed in their own policies by trying to charge for an extra driver that is qualified as free under spouse/domestic partner. They didn't send a receipt for four days until I requested one, which is when I uncovered they charged the equivalent of a half a day rental fee for a two hour delay in returning the car.

  Went to pick up our rental car today and had such a great experience. From the woman who answered the phone when we first called (sorry I didn’t catch your name!), to Jace helping us with our check-in time, to Yeti making sure we left with a car that actually fit our needs, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. I was a little worried about the car size since we have a toddler, and both Jace and Yeti took the time to make sure we were comfortable and situated with the right vehicle. I kept apologizing because I felt like I was being a hassle, but everyone reassured me that they were happy to help. Genuinely refreshing to experience such great customer service. People are usually quick to share when something goes wrong, so I wanted to make sure I shared when a team gets it right. Thank you all!!!

  Enterprise made the rental process smooth and convenient during a stressful time following my vehicle accident. The staff was professional, courteous, and helpful from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and ready when I arrived, allowing me to continue my daily responsibilities without interruption. I appreciate the excellent customer service and communication throughout the experience. Thank you for making the process easy and worry-free.

  Flew in and needed a car for a day while in town to take care of some old business. Enterprise was the only rental that doesn't require a credit card, which I haven't used in many many years. Everything went smooth as you would expect.
