After my 2007 Honda Accord was rear‑ended and the insurance company totaled it, I chose to keep the car and find my own repair shop — and I’m so glad I did. Some of the trunk parts were tough to source, but Brad handled the challenge with honesty, patience, and real expertise. He’s a down‑to‑earth guy who genuinely gets it, and he walked me through everything with total transparency. He even explained why the insurance company wanted the car totaled — because the engine was in excellent condition and the parts were worth a lot — and fully supported my decision to keep it. The repair work itself was flawless. My Accord looks perfect, like nothing ever happened, and they still finished in a very reasonable timeframe despite the parts delay. On top of that, Brad went above and beyond: after another shop left my interior dirty, he had his team clean it for me at no charge. This is the kind of shop you recommend to everyone — skilled, honest, and genuinely good people. I’m grateful for their work and their integrity.
