I pick enterprise every time. Poulsbo WA enterprise to be more precise because every other Enterprise has never been so kind and personable like Poulsbo has been every time. They help me more than they need to out of the kindness of who they are not because it's mandatory They do it because it's their character so I would pick Poulsbo Enterprise every time, even when I might be in Bremerton I still go to Poulsbo. I appreciate this team more than most would think.

Very happy with vehicles and customer service I received twice this past month from Hunter and his female assistant when our 2001 SUV broke down.. Hunter scrambled to fulfill my short notice reservation for a pickup truck to transport an 8’x4’ base parade float and additional banquet table book display. He obtained a truck a few hours before my 5:30 arrival, but it came without its required front license plate. I didn’t have time to return the next morning and make my event. Right after closing at 6 p.m, he brought from his cleaning facility a 2027 mini van as a free upgrade. It more than met my needs because it was easier to pack.

The 5 stars are for the amazing agent Jessica which helped us with the rental. She was knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous and explained all the details. We saw her helped 4 other customers with different rentals needs and answering the phone. Jessica didn't miss a beat. If you need a car rental in North Kitsap County check Enterprise in Poulsbo. Thank you Jessica for your help.

I had two recent insurance claims causing a need for a rental car two separate times. Both of these times enterprise communicated with Caliber collision where I dropped off my vehicle for repairs and my insurance company. Enterprise sent someone to pick me up after dropping off my vehicle and got me set up with my rental car. It was a quick easy process both times and I would highly recommend them. Hunter was awesome! The phone was ringing off the hook and he had several people checking in and he handled it all efficiently and with a smile. Great customer service!
