We were visiting family in PA when we discovered a coolant leak. I called and explained we were needing to leave town and he got us in to diagnose the problem very quickly. Turns out there was a crack in the radiator. Which they replaced for me. What I appreciated most was how they were direct and set clear expectations. And the whole time I felt like I was a priority to them. Thanks Jon and Full Western!

Not only was the service here about $150 less expensive, the process was smooth, fast, and staff was very friendly. The whole process took about 36 hours and I am thrilled to have my car back; thanks, and highly recommend!
