We were visiting family in PA when we discovered a coolant leak. I called and explained we were needing to leave town and he got us in to diagnose the problem very quickly. Turns out there was a crack in the radiator. Which they replaced for me. What I appreciated most was how they were direct and set clear expectations. And the whole time I felt like I was a priority to them. Thanks Jon and Full Western!
