  The process of renting a car with Enterprise is very convenient. It is easy to pick up and return the car, which makes the experience smooth and stress-free. I have rented a car from Enterprise three times for vacation. The thing I love most that they usually do not require a deposit. However, there was one occasion when I had to pay a $300 deposit to rent a car from PSC to SEA. It was a bit confusing at that time, but it was fine with me. Overall, the cars are clean and new, and I am satisfied with their service.

  use of air freshener in vehicle would help alot. front windshield needs to be cleaner especially if driving into the sun as I do.

  Update: the response inviting me to contact them about this experience was posted the minute their “chat” closes for the day. They no longer have an email posted, there is no other means of contacting them about anything except an ongoing rental. You can’t make this stuff up, it’s customer service purely as performance, and not a convincing one either. Overbooked themselves and had no vehicles for my reservation, didn’t communicate this to me until I was at the counter. Promised they would have more vehicles the following day, when I called to check in I was routed to a call center. After navigating a significant language barrier, I was told someone from this region would call me back with an update on availability. This call of course never came. I’ve had a good experience with enterprise in the past, but this location appears to have severe problems and a lack of will to address them. Hertz was also hurting for availability, however they went above and beyond to get me in a vehicle that night. What I appreciate even more is that they will answer the phones to provide answers on vehicle availability. Bad news isn’t nearly as frustrating if you don’t have to be an interrogator to get it clearly.

  If you’re reading this do yourself a favor and rent from literally anyone else in the airport. They will allow you to make reservations they don’t have vehicles for. Been stranded in Tri-Cities 5+ times, and we have a cooperate account with them. Gross incompetence across the board.
