Very friendly and helpful! Waiting for me at airport and then dropping me off! Even though the office was off site, it was still very convenient!

Everything went smoothly, and communication was great when I needed to extend my rental. Joel was especially helpful and even offered me a ride to the airport so I wouldn’t miss my flight! Overall great experience! Thanks!

I picked up my rental car on May 21, 2026. It was quick, easy and relatively painless. My husband and I got on the road to Pasco WA due to his Dad's suddenly passing. We got to the Tri-Cities are and started having issues with the car. The accelerator got stuck while trying to get up to speed and wouldn't unstick until I continually pumped the breaks. It was terrifying. I called to try and figure out what is was supposed to do and they told me to take it to the nearest enterprise in Tri-Cities. I did as I was told. When I got to the Pasco Airport to try and exchange the vehicle I was told no. That I woild have to wait because they overbooked and oversold the vehicles at this location. Mind you, I wasnt returning this vehicle because I just didn't like it. I was returning be ause of mechanical issues. The next incident nearly got my family and I killed. As I was pulling out of a parking spot into oncoming traffic the car completely stalled. I couldn't move the steering wheel at all and had to shut the car off and back on, there was oncoming traffic. The truck that almost hit us came within inches of hitting us and thankfully he stopped in time. He said he thought I was going to pull out and geg on the road which was why he didnt slow down right away. When this happened I called again this was the Monday May 25, 2026. Four days after initial incident and same day as coming close to death incident. Enterprise again said to take the car back to the closest enterprise location which was located on 1514 N 24th Ave, Pasco, WA 99301. They sent us away stating that the cars they had all had issues and they had nothing available. Okay back to Pasco Airport I went to try and get this resolved. The again stated they had absolutely nothing available and I was stuck driving a car that nearly got my family killed. Mind you this us all happening during a time where my husband is having to GREIVE his father because he passed away very very suddenly. I was told to return on Thursday May 28, 2026. I finally called the PDX location and was able to speak with a manager there that informed me I should've had a vehicle on Thursday May 21st. When I told him what they told me he did immediately get the ball rolling for a general manager to get involved. Unfortunately nothing came of it and I still had to drive the car until Thursday May 28th. 7 Days after first initial incident. My Mom and Dad drove up to help my husband and I get my Father in Laws affairs in order and came with me to try and get a new car. On the way to Pasco/Tri-Cities Airport the car started shifting harder and not wanting to shift properly. After returning the vehicle the gentleman that drove us out to the car parking lot to pick up the other vehicle very condescending asked me if I was sure it wasnt the cars eco feature that turns off at stopping and restarts once you press the accelerator. I have never had such a bad experience with a company before. I have always used enterprise for my car rentals. My husband is active duty and we travel fairly frequently and have always chose enterprise because it was always great. Unfortunately after this incident I will never use enterprise again. I can not be and will bot be expected to put my families lives in danger because its an inconvenience to some workers who dont want to do their jobs. If you value your families lives I implore you to NEVER rent from enterprise at the Pasco/Tri-Cities location because they have a blatant disregard for human lives.
