  Camping World is amazing!!! I had a broken door on my trailer and they were able to fix it with 24 hours. I also needed a stronger weight bearing electric jack installed. They were so helpful and came in clutch to get me back in business as soon as possible! The staff was friendly and so helpful. They gave me the education I needed to properly manage my truck trailer and hitch connections. I left feeling happy and confident that my entire trailer/truck combo is all fitted properly now. I highly recommend Camping World!

  We were not expecting to buy. Our salesman, Brad was knowledgeable and patient. We ended up looking at several trailers and were tired and ready to leave when he showed us a sold unit that they were detailing before new owners showed to pick it up. Jackpot… it was perfect. There was not one on the local Pasco lot so he found one in Liberty Lake. We negotiated a sale price ($3500 over the one sold here) and would come back Friday with our cashiers check (it was Tuesday or Wednesday) to pick it up. Upon our arrival Brad was busy with new clients but that he looked at it and it was good to go. We could go look at it and he’d be out shortly. Upon inspection we found it filthy… inside and out. No detailing or even a simple wipe down had been done. Two cabinet doors were damaged, the freezer door did not latch and the theater seats were not secured in place. Brad came out, asked if all was good. We told him what we found and he sent Jesus out to fix it and left. Jesus attempted to fix the fridge and although told us it was fixed… it was not. He locked it closed and told us it was good to go. We believed him. We went inside to financing with Juan. We signed all the documents in which we opted to keep our plate from our trade in and headed over to start the swapping of our hitch bracket from our trade-in to the new trailer. I assumed we would return to the new trailer and it would be detailed. It was not as I mentioned before. It wasn’t even broom swept. We found Brad I asked him again about getting it cleaned up at which time he just shook his head and walked away. We never saw or have heard from Brad again. However, this is the third time I’ve gotten a request for a review on my experience at camping world in Pasco. We brought the trailer home on Friday and on Monday realized we did need the license plate. We called camping world in Pasco and asked to speak with Juan our financier the gentleman. James said he would take care of it and confirm with me and return a call in 20 minutes after two hours. I called back and got James‘s voicemail. Left another message stating that we needed to get the title and have never heard from anyone since. That was my experience with camping world in Pasco, Washington.

  So we came in to get a toy hauler it took a little bit but it worked out perfectly less down payment then expected and cheaper monthly then expected we worked with Jason Ling was great very helpful and professional highly recommend and we will be back for our next purchase

  I took my buddy to this dealership because years ago when it was Russ Dean I purchased a travel trailer there and had a great experience. My friend, had no experience ever owning an RV but was deciding to buy one for the first time. We went there thinking he would buy one of the used trailers we saw online but ultimately landed on a new 2024 RV. Our salesman, did drive us around looking at various trailers and at first seemed like he was more than willing to be flexible and understanding with a new customer, but he literally gave very little information on every trailer we looked at. When my friend found the trailer he wanted The salesman promptly took us back to the dealership and wanted to quickly go through the negotiation on price and financing and so forth. My friend was very specific about how much he wanted to put down he knew what his credit score was which was good and the salesman let us know that he had an engagement that he was trying to get to a personal engagement. We were both very willing to come back the next day. It got to the point where he was really trying to force my friend into agreeing to pay more than my friend wanted to pay and we said to him; Look, we haven't eaten o since this morning (it was now evening) we're going to go have dinner and talk about this and we'll come back tomorrow. The salesman replied; We'll fine if you want to go eat and then back out of the deal that's up to you. And I absolutely lit into him, I said I'm here to support my friend this is a $40,000 decision I think it's reasonable that he wants to go eat dinner and come back tomorrow. Ultimately the finance guy was tied up helping someone else so we had to leave anyway without a deal. But before leaving I told the salesman every time I've ever bought an RV or a car I always get a hat so my buddy would like a hat the salesman rummages through his drawer and says oh I don't have any but I'll go up front and get you one before we're done. Ultimately we left and we got a call from the sales manager who immediately said oh you're going to need to put down way more money and then I can get you financed but ultimately a couple days later he was unable to get my friend financed for that particular RV and my friend settled on his second choice which was roughly $10,000 cheaper which is fine. My friend went back today to do all the paperwork with the finance manager and the salesman wasn't there. The salesman had quoted us $24,000 so when my friend told the finance manager who is now charging him $27,900, that the salesman had quoted him 24,000 the finance manager says well it's not in writing so this is the price. My friend is not a type A personality like I am so he really didn't fight it too much but when he asked about the hat the finance manager said oh we have them for sale you can buy one if you want one. This RV came with absolutely nothing, it did not come with a sewer hose it absolutely came with nothing. I just bought a brand new RV from another dealership and it came with a sewer hose and several extras items that I did not have to pay extra for. They gave my buddy nothing, because he did not buy the let's go camping package that they wanted to sell him for $2,000. When my buddy called me to tell me that he did the deal and he told me all these details I was beside myself and I told him I would have walked out but because they had done a hard pull on his credit obviously and because he had taken a week to get this deal done he felt obligated to buy this trailer. I will never again refer any of my friends to Camping World, my buddy and I work with 550 people and we will never refer any of our coworkers to this RV dealership. Camping world lost our business over something as simple as not honoring the words of their salesperson, not giving a freaking hat with the sale of a brand new RV or a sewer hose it is unbelievable. I find that this place has no integrity especially the salesman and the finance manager.. shame on you camping world. There are plenty of great RV dealerships to buy from, NOT HERE.
