so far me and my wife are very satisfied in every way with the whole process that we have been through with camping world,i am really impressed with how we were treated through the picking out what we wanted and explaining everything about the trailers,and noy being pressured into making a decision about what we need or want,they listened and thern gave us the choice to be made,i truly respect all of the people at this company and would tell people about them and continue to do buisness with them in the future

The trailer I bought from had a small hole/crack above the door didn't realize it tell you get up close. And bathroom shower edges wasn't properly done right . And I bought it new supposedly. So if you bye from them take the time to inspect everything even the roof to inside and underneath. If it was new then why was there damage I found later?

We had an accident with our Airstream in Irrigon, OR in late July. We were able to use ratchet straps and haul it to the Pasco Camping World, the only place that was willing to help us. Even though they were totally backed up, the service department was willing to do a temporary repair that got us on the road for the rest of our vacation. It is now sitting at the Airstream dealer for repairs. Major kudos to Hannah and the repair crew for their willingness, patience, and hard work to make our trip successful.

Very nice staff and service, however, we didn't get a very thorough walk-through at first - Tony tried but missed most features; Tyler was nowhere to be found - didn't go to RV with us at all (he was our salesman?).
Then Jesus came and gave us a very thorough and personal tour and taught us everything about our new RV and tow system.
Thank Goodness for Jesus - he should train the others.

Camping world in Pasco went so above and beyond to keep our camping trip on track!
We had an electrical problem that stopped our fridge from working in our travel trailer.
We pulled in hoping they might be able to help us out and despite not having any openings the amazing service department stepped up! They did not have any openings but Mike and Jesus took time away from the projects they were working on to take a look at our trailer.
They had a spare part that was perfect and went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and fix it. Saving our fridge full of food and our trip!
This was a major example of customer service and we will be camping world customers for life.
