  Nice easy fast customer service.. went in to buy straps the employee Felipe from Othello wa, auto zone was very helpful and polite.

  My father went in yesterday and the worker asked my father if he wanted the receipt my father said yes, the worker proceeded to grab the receipt and crumble it up then tossed it to him rudely

  Due to living out of town I tried calling to see if they had a part I need in stock. I had to call 2 separate times, both times I called I was put on hold for OVER 25 minutes !!! Got frustrated called O’Reillys and was helped immediately do better please

  Good service. - 2 years later, and they have only gotten better. Don't expect a parts tech to know what your talking about based on vague details. Bring some info and help them, help you.
