EDIT Harley, the manager or whoever, is EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. Within 60 seconds of me mentioning my coupon, suddenly my oil leak was too bad for them to service. They've serviced it before without a coupon, no problem, but suddenly when I mentioned I have a coupon the leak was too bad for them to handle. My leak has been about the same amount leaking for 4 YEARS so I know it hasn't gotten worse. Just maybe dirtier. But when I asked for something in writing, he cut me off, rudely asked me to leave and I refused to leave without some kind of documentation about why they refused service. Absolutely horrible experience that could have easily been handled with kindness and professionalism instead of making me feel like there was some kind of scam going on. 0/10 I do NOT recommend this location at all.

Started off by feeling the need to mansplain how to turn my lights on for their routine check and the guy was honestly shocked that I already had my hood popped open ready for him. As if I hadn’t been a customer here for years and knew the routine by now. I also had a tire replaced recently and they were making fun of the way it was set up. As if I had any control in how the previous mechanic worked on my car. They said it was over inflated and he wasn’t going to touch the tire because its against protocol to do so. Yet one of his coworkers did it anyways. So was that good for my car or not? Why did one employee say he wouldn’t touch it and the other did it anyways without consulting me first. I am never coming back here again. Dalton and Jeffery were their names!
