  I needed a new windshield in my car and they were able to get me right in. The service was great!!!! A few days later a new large crack appeared and so I called and was told to bring it in to look at it. They told me it was a stress fracture and would be under warranty. Two days later I am currently sitting here waiting for them to finish this new one. April was amazing and so sweet.

  The booking process was fast and easy. There were several convenient locations to choose from. We went to the Capitol Mall location and were able to walk to restaurants nearby while the work was completed. The phone and in person agents were helpful and friendly as was our technician. Work was completed sooner than expected and they were not pushy at all about the windshield wipers they offered as an upscale, and we declined. Work looks great! Would definitely use again

  Kevin, the mobile tech, was extremely personable. He politely & patiently answered all my questions regarding the install procedure. It was an interesting experience watching Kevin work his magic. We conversed without hesitation on a variety of topics. I asked if he gets irritated with customers such as myself constantly asking questions, his response was quite entertaining. “No I don’t mind, it’s better than talking to myself”. That gave me a little insight as to his personality which is perfectly suited for his interaction with the public. My career consisted of 30 years worth of customer service & interaction with the public. I found Kevin’s attitude an excellent match for the service he provides. His level of expertise extended beyond the install. He had noticed a VERY small flaw in the replacement windshield & after sharing that with me & consulting with his service rep, he went the extra mile (pun intended) to drive back into town for a new replacement. That action alone proved to me his level of concern for the customer, the quality of his work, his work ethic & the pride he takes in doing so. Kevin is definitely an asset to the Safelite name. He IS the reason why I will not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone in need of auto glass.
