  Took our F-150 to Interstate Automotive to diagnose a frustrating “flapping” sound and quickly learned the right exhaust manifold was broken, along with several other issues. Their team was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, honest, and professional from start to finish. They replaced the manifold and repaired or replaced all the additional items — many at no charge — which truly demonstrated their integrity and commitment to customer service. Communication was prompt, clear, and courteous throughout the entire process, and the turnaround time exceeded our expectations. It’s refreshing to find an automotive shop that is dependable, responsive, skilled, and genuinely customer-focused. Superior service in every respect, and we highly recommend Interstate Automotive to anyone looking for trustworthy, high-quality vehicle care.

  Rob and the group are automotive experts. New, old, in between, all rolling stock can be serviced and repaired as needed. Good people and good service.

  Great repair shop , very knowlegeable , diagnosis was spot on the tune-Up while a little pricey, was worth it got my truck running great , diagnosis on the Pulse Vacuum Hub (PVH) Solenoid was spot on. Highly recomend would use again if i could afford it LOL just kidding. ! Prices are resonable for the work they do ! thanks again David M. Haines

  The staff is made up of automotive mechanics, not just "parts- replacers". In business 3 decades. They did the clutch on my '01 Dodge diesel pickup, and took care of my brakes flush and-fill. I have no complaints whatsoever. By asking me good questions they determined I needed a beefier clutch due to the power enhancements made to the vehicle. They told me about other items that need attention, but did not attempt to pressure me into buying more services; they simply offered to take care of the items if I wanted them done while the truck was there. Reasonable prices too given the high level of professional skills and experience provided to the customer. I feel if you take your vehicle here you too will be pleased with the outcome.
