  The front desk help was great. Prices are competitive. Why only 3 stars?? The kid in the tire service center, we'll call him "Mullet" was actually quite rude mumbling comments under his breath, enough for me to never visit this location again. "Mullet" should be more professional/helpful to customers with medical needs, when asking where the restroom is, just point instead of, "where the sign is, you can read can't you"

  Awesome staff, and the same great service I received since it was called Gary's Factory Tire Outlet.. The name may have changed on the outside, but the atmosphere and level of service seems to be the same as when I started buying tires there in 1978. Well done people. I even kept the valve cover cap in my pocket because during my travels across the US I've been through a few tires and the one thing that has happened at nearly every tire company is, they remove the valve stem cap, change and balance and return your car and a day or two later...? No valve stem cap. It became so epidemic, I just got used to removing them, and I never had a shop EVER put one on when mine was missing, did I mention "ever"... Before I removed them I just started carrying a bag of them in the glove box... It's kind of a pet peve of mine to keep having to replace caps after tire work. They're on there for a reason. But, two days later as I was doing laundry... I pulled the cap from my pocket... Walked out to the car to install it, and nearly fell over when there was a cap on the valve. It wasn't black, it was silver, but IT was there. You honestly need to walk into that bay, find that guy and give him a perk... I know you won't give him a raise, but you should, it's a minor thing so at least drop a gift card on him. He deserves it. I know you probably think he just did his job because it's part of the job, but regardless, it's a part oh his job the entire tire industry casually overlooks. Sometimes it's the strange little things that count the most, and keep customers loyal customers.

  Super Great staff & service as it always was. They were busy, but got the car in and right back out. This place has been there since I can remember. I first started using them in 1976 when it was called Gary's Factory Tire Outlet and Gary himself ran it and eventually his son also, Gary took the reins. Bring your needs to them, keep this iconic shop going. There's not many great places like this place still existing... A minor discount from the mega chain stores it worth wiping places like this out. Loved the place when I was a teen, and I'm now 66... Still love them... Nothings changed.

  The front desk and mechanics who helped me were excellent. I was in and out in 2 hours for brake replacements. The down side was the price. It was very high.

  Gary's Tire Nation Point S & Auto Service provided exceptional walk-in service when I arrived with a screw puncture in my back tire. After a quick 30-minute wait while I took a walk, I returned to find the tire completely repaired. To my absolute surprise and delight, when I went to pay, they told me there was no charge for the repair. You do not find that sort of service at many establishments any more!!!
