  Made a reservation online for a van and the next day Brianna called me and just said they don’t have the vehicle and my reservation was cancelled with no explanation. I asked why it would allow me to book it then. She said she didn’t know. I asked if there was any similar vehicles nearby and she said no that if there was they could have requested it be transferred to their location. I called the westside location and they had the van available and booked it right away and confirmed it. So I guess she just didn’t want to do the work for her customer. Crazy because that was our sole form of transportation for a trip.

  After calling to confirm my rental they somehow canceled it. When I showed up not only did they have no information for me they accused me of canceling myself and offered me a mini van. This was my birthday trip to the beach. I’m pregnant on top of everything so this was a really special trip as we shot our announcement video this weekend. After this horrible experience we decided to go take the rental money and get new tires and take our own car. We realized we actually had more flexibility and a more comfortable commute. We decided moving forward after using Enterprise since 2012 we will no longer be using this service ever again. This could have been an emergency. Disappointed and disgusted in the service. Highly do not recommend. (Also I know it was you that was the one that called to confirm girl your voice is very distinct.) 0/10 Edit to add the cancellation she accused me of was actually for my 7/4 rental as my nurse husband had to work. This rental was for 7/11 my birthday. No cancellation.

  My father in law rented a car here a few months ago after a bad encounter with Budget and had a really great experience, so when my wife and I planned our mini vacation last week there was no question who we were going to go with for renting a car. We have a car but traveling with 2 kids in a cramped car is not a good time so we rented a mid size SUV from this location for a week and a half. They were super busy that morning yet still had our vehicle ready to go at the reserved time. Alvaro was great! We picked up and dropped off the car with him and he was incredibly helpful. He took the time to go over everything and answered all of our questions. We were very happy with the SUV, it was freshly washed, the interior was clean, gas tank was full, and it was well maintained. Thanks to Alvaro the entire process was seemless and fast. We do a lot of camping over the summer and this will definitely be our go to spot. Thank you to the whole team for a great experience every time! - Cory & Erica
