  Good service just make sure you have a credit card in your name. Using a credit cards for the rental requires a $200 deposit. Using a debit card requires a $500 deposit

  The employees deserve 5 stars, and the cars are very nice, but corporate or the regional office or whoever is in charge really needs to staff this location better. I've had some car issues and have been here 5-6 times in the past month between pick-ups and drop-offs, and I think maybe one of those times it wasn't slammed with people. I came in this past Sunday to return a car, and there was one employee and literally 6-8 people waiting to pick up a car. The mood was very grim. And the phone was ringing nonstop. It's just not fair to have one or two employees responsible for all of the rentals and returns, plus answering the phone which literally doesn't seem to stop ringing. I know Enterprise can afford to hire more employees. Or cross-train the truck rental employees next door to jump in when the car rental side is busy. The current system is a good way to burn out and drive away good employees, and possibly lose customers too. I've dealt with Preston, McKenna, Zachary, and another gentleman whose name I can't recall, but they were all kind and gracious and gave great customer service even under stressful circumstances.

  I was ignored more than once. When I picked up my rental vehicle I stated that I would be paying out of pocket until my insurance took over. I said I could not exceed $40 a day with tax included. The employee repeated back to me that my rental would not exceed $40 a day with tax included. Even when I switched out the vehicle for another I confirmed I could not exceed $40 a day in total. Again it was confirmed that I wouldn't exceed $40 a day in total. A couple of weeks later my insurance kicked in. I was told if I wanted to stay in the same vehicle that I would need to pay the difference. I questioned that "difference" amount. I should not have had to pay anything. I was very specific about what I needed. My portion should have been ZERO. I brought it to McKenna's attention at the West Olympia Enterprise location. She apologized for the misunderstanding and said she would bring it up during their meeting. What was the outcome of them discussing my situation?? Absolutely nothing! An apology is nice but it did not change the outcome of THEIR MISTAKE.

  This is by far the absolute worst run enterprise I’ve ever had the mispleasure of dealing with. Count on zero help and massive attitude when dealt problem after problem with trying to rent a car, for extra NON-assistance be sure to ask for Zachary. He’ll take absolutely zero care of you and sass you free of charge in top of it. This location doesn’t over any service only privileges you might be able to attain if you jump through their infinite hoops. Go to hertz. 0/10. Save yourself. Go to hertz or Turo. Or buy a car.
