  I had a great experience with Enterprise near Olympia Capital Mall. Preston provided excellent customer service and I appreciate the professionalism and competent service. Will definitely be using them next time I need a rental car.

  There was only one employee working at this location and he did an amazing job managing the line of people while also having to clean returning cars. Enterprise needs to hire more people. While the employee was amazing, he should not be put in that position. 5 stars for the employee, maybe 3 stars for the company.

  Getting the car was quick and hassel free, the problem was that I was very clear about having fragrance allergies and that I needed a car that didnt smell like air freshener or fragrances of any kind, initially the vehicle smelled ok but once it had sat in the heat and the air came on when I got in to drive it home... when I say it couldnt have smelled MORE like a perfume counter im not exaggerating. Its sat in my driveway unused since I had it with the windows down (like a week now) and the smell hasnt dissipated one iota, im dreading having to drive it back otherwise id have already returned it. If you have fragrance allergies rent elsewhere.

  My "Biggest Complaint" is the fact that you go to their Website and reserve a car & receive a confirmation number, & the next morning a receive a phone call that there are no rental cars available. Why is that information in their Website? That happened to me twice !! I was going through Costco Rental Car Service & reported this to upper management. Finally got a car on Thursday & told them I was going to return the car to SeaTac Airport the following Tuesday. Yesterday in the evening I received a phone call from Enterprise (Olympia) that my car was supposed to be returned Friday (The next Day). Called this morning & got it straighten out. Working with Enterprise Rental Car is very very frustrating. Without Costco Travel Managements help who knows if & when I would have gotten a car through Enterprise. I'm just not sure that the Enterprise Business Policy focuses on Customer Service.
