  Payton and Alex were very thorough. Appreciated the prompt service and verifications made at various steps of the service. The facility is well kept, clean, and organized. The service personnel are nicely dressed and very professional about their work. There was no hard sell for additional services but recommendations were provided for future items needing attention. We went to the relatively new Oak Harbor, Washington location and will definitely return. Found it interesting that workers not currently assigned to a vehicle were doing various stretching exercises. Great strategy to keep your workers injury free.

  Every time we’ve come here we have had excellent experiences. Esteban and his crew set the standard for customer service in Oak Harbor. The prices are also very affordable and they never try to upsell you on anything. 10/10 recommend!

  Rolled in with my Hennessy VelociRaptor 1200 F-250 — Dinosaur horsepower and an oil pan the size of a septic tank (which is literally my day job, Dirty Deeds Septic here). Tech didn’t even flinch, had me in and out faster than I pump a grease trap on a Friday. No upsells, no drama, just quick honest service while this beast idled in the bay. Five stars — would dump my oil here again.

  I’ve been to the Oak Harbor Valvoline location several times now, and every visit has been a great experience. The team is consistently fast, friendly, and efficient, which makes getting an oil change so much less of a hassle. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. They explain everything clearly without being pushy, and I always leave feeling confident that my vehicle was well taken care of. It’s refreshing to find a business that’s so consistently excellent. I’ll definitely keep coming back and would highly recommend the Oak Harbor Valvoline to anyone looking for quick, reliable service with outstanding customer care!

  Quick and professional service. Wish they would carry oil for modern emission diesel engines. It’s all good just bring in your own oil and they can take care of you.
