  Got my a/c bypass pulley installed here and fixed my problem with no upselling and my car is back in action quickly and runs better than when I first bought it! Super happy with the results and the price. Seth is a stand up guy with a really good business in oak harbor. If you’re having trouble with a vehicle give hilltop a stop n and get a quote.👍👍

  new to town, found them on gas buddy. my vehicle died at the pumps. i am not mechanically inclined. thankfully a mechanic came out and found loose battery cable.

  Hilltop Auto recently deleted their Google posting and started up a new one in order to erase all of the bad reviews that they had accrued. It will probably be a short matter of time before all of the new negative reviews pour in. Mine is about a botched brake pad job that they did to my car about 2 months ago. They broke the actuator for my electronic parking brake in the process of replacing my rear brake pads. This is a part that rarely breaks on my newer vehicle, unless the person servicing the part doesn’t follow the instructions for how to set the car in the proper maintenance mode before attempting the repair. They did not offer to fix the damage that they had done to my vehicle free of charge, as any honest repair service would do, and instead gave me a quote for what I would have to pay them to fix their mistake. I had to pay them for the brake job just to get my keys back, and I immediately went to one of their more-reputable competitors nearby to get my car fixed, which wasn’t safe to drive home. It was not a cheap repair, either. Hilltop Automotive was consistently dismissive in all of their communication with me, and the owner even tried to gaslight me and lied about being at the shop that day. Don’t waste your time and money at a dishonest and predatory shop like Hilltop.

  I've been coming here for a couple of years and I've always loved coming here and will continue do so. They always are quick and have great customer service! 10/10 would always recommend!

  My husband likes the gas and prices at Hilltop. But as the half that keeps our books I don't like him going there. If he uses our debit card at Hilltop the station registers that we spent 1.00 even though 30.00 or 40.00 dollars is the true charge. The wrong charge of 1.00 lasts 3 to 4 days, until the correct charge shows and is then, finally calculated correctly. I do not like being charged incorrectly for 3 to 4 days. It's not ok to abuse people's bank accounts in any manner, especially when you trust them to charge your account properly. This has happened before, and more than once!! I personally like the NEX gas. I also trust the gas they sell on base. I am grateful to go there.
