Super happy with the results and the price. Seth is a stand up guy with a really good business in oak harbor. If you’re having trouble with a vehicle give hilltop a stop n and get a quote.👍👍

- AAAngeliqueJun 18, 20261.0Hilltop Auto recently deleted their Google posting and started up a new one in order to erase all of the bad reviews that they had accrued. It will probably be a short matter of time before all of the new negative reviews pour in. Mine is about a botched brake pad job that they did to my car about 2 months ago. They broke the actuator for my electronic parking brake in the process of replacing my rear brake pads. This is a part that rarely breaks on my newer vehicle, unless the person servicing the part doesn’t follow the instructions for how to set the car in the proper maintenance mode before attempting the repair. They did not offer to fix the damage that they had done to my vehicle free of charge, as any honest repair service would do, and instead gave me a quote for what I would have to pay them to fix their mistake. I had to pay them for the brake job just to get my keys back, and I immediately went to one of their more-reputable competitors nearby to get my car fixed, which wasn’t safe to drive home. It was not a cheap repair, either. Hilltop Automotive was consistently dismissive in all of their communication with me, and the owner even tried to gaslight me and lied about being at the shop that day. Don’t waste your time and money at a dishonest and predatory shop like Hilltop.
