  I was camping at Deception Pass when my trailer brake controller went out late Friday afternoon. Even though it was right after close when we arrived, the team at Gateway cleared a spot for me to leave the trailer until they could work on it the following week. It was just a blown fuse, and kind and helpful technician Owen took the time to show me how I could replace it if this were ever to happen again. Great communication from Miracle and Sierra!

  Pros: They got my vehicle working again Cons: Spent over a thousand dollars both times I’ve used them. I had my mechanic friend look over a job they did and he said they didn’t clean the engine which would help to make sure there was no other leakages. They only replaced parts. In my opinion, bad quality work. Poor communication, I was told my vehicle would be ready one day only to be told the next day and then the next day for sure it will be ready, only for it to not be ready. I drove past the shop every morning and would see it parked outside when it was “supposedly,” being worked on but I didn’t see it moved until after a week. The poor lack of communication and honesty is a big inconvenience when trying to get to work and taking care of a family. I didn’t appreciate it as a single mother with no close family near by, I wish they would have just told me the truth of when it would be ready, so I could plan around that better. They don’t provide you updates either unless you call them directly. Poor quality work and poor customer service. I do not recommend this place unless you want to pay a large amount of money, have your vehicle stay longer than they tell you, and get little updates or accurate communication.

  They were able to diagnose and fix the issues with my Nissan Xterra and the price was reasonable. Very professional and nice to work with.

  We Love Gateway. They are honest. They are really great getting the job done. Not pushy.but will let you know if anything else needs repairs or fixes. So happy to find the best service in town. And very affordable and not over priced. Thanks for always doing a good job.
