- JCJay C.Jun 5, 20261.0Made a reservation online for an “open option” vehicle, assuming that meant a car would be available at the scheduled pickup time. Shortly after booking, this location called to say they do not keep cars in stock and that I would need to be placed on a waiting list, with 4–5 people already ahead of me, just for the chance to get a vehicle. When I asked why the online system allowed me to make a reservation if no cars were available, the only response I received was, “I don’t know,” followed by silence. That is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. A reservation should mean something, especially when people are making transportation plans around it. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
