I was driving my car back from the automotive shop, and felt the quality work done with my control arms. The work truly spoke for itself as I felt and saw the quality. My Subaru has had it's struggles and I placed my hope in them to get it in condition for the potential winter weather. When I took it in I had hoped to get at least one of the two issues that plagued it fixed. This was the control arms and a small oil leak eluding detection. Through a comprehensive check they began identify more about these things and would identify a potentially crucial maintenance item. I began to wonder if the dream to get it in good condition was just a nightmare of surprises, as funding all these things would be impossible as I even struggle to get groceries after the challenge of student teaching. And when a financing option became a struggle I had thought I just might as well wake up to the fact my car is not going to get there, and I would be saddled with more debt that would not pay off. Gateway Automotive took extra care to remedy the situation, and worked to help me achieve my dream. Though only one of two problems I took it in for was able to be taken care of, they helped identify the condition of the maintenance concern and I have been able to achieve my dream. Though my car still has a small oil leak, I can once again rely on my Subaru in times of need. Gateway Automotive has proven their dedication to quality work and service and I would recommend them. Though financial tip, working to pay for maintenance and repairs in cash will always save you from a headache.

These folks are awesome! I dropped in on a rainy Friday afternoon because the car that my daughter was supposed to drive to Idaho the next day, started squealing constantly. They squeezed me in and fixed the squealing belt. Car is fixed and ready to go. I have gone to Gateway a few times for buyer's inspections on cars that I was considering. Their evaluation and reports are very thorough with pictures, videos and information about both good and bad on the vehicle. Great communication and very friendly staff!
