  I am a traveling Inspector, and rent from Enterprise, AVIS and couple others in three countries, Alex and this group are among the best agents out there. Always helpful, quick responses, right vehicle as stated, and no nit picking the vehicle at drop off...can't say the same for the one down the street from here...if you need a truck avoid that one, go here !!! Even the Rainbow agrees 😆

  Alex, the manager of this location, is probably one of the most solid and genuine people I’ve met. His customer service is 2nd to NONE. Always has things ready when you schedule and really takes the time to make sure you’re getting what you need. I’ve rented from him a few times over the years and out of every car rental location and agency I’ve been to this one is my favorite and that is thanks to him. If you rent from anywhere else you are doing yourself a disservice.

  Dave and Alex do a topnotch gob of helping customers get exactly what they want. I drive from Bellingham to Mt Vernon to use Enterprise, rather than any of the local options. They'll save you money and provide excellent service. Try them!

  My experience with Enterprise Truck Rental was excellent. I was in urgent need of a work truck while mine was in the shop for repairs, and Dave was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. From the moment I contacted him to the time I returned the rental, he went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Dave consistently checked in to make sure there were no issues with the vehicle and that my experience was hassle free. In fact, I’d say his customer service stood out even more than the rental itself. He was a pleasure to work with and made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.
