I was disappointed with my experience at AutoZone. I went there intending to buy a car battery and expected assistance with the installation, but I was told they would not replace the battery. This was inconvenient and not what I expected from an auto parts store. I ended up having to look elsewhere for help. Customer service could have been more helpful in explaining the situation and offering alternatives.”

I went into the Mount Vernon AutoZone looking to get my front headlight replaced on my Honda Accord. I don’t know much about cars and I am partially disabled so I cannot do much myself. I had the pleasure of interacting with Marquis, one of the managers there. Not only did he help me identify which bulb I needed for my car, he offered to install it for me as well. As it would turn out, one must remove the entire lower part of the front bumper, in order to access screws that hold in the headlight. Marquis removed it no problem, while helping out other associates, meanwhile. I was utmost appreciative and offered him cash, to which he adamantly refused and when I asked how I could thank him, all he requested in return was a good review. Many thanks for Marquis and the AutoZone team.
