I recently opened a commercial acount with them and when I go into the store like last night for example there were non employees just hanging out with the employees just sitting on the stores rolling carts. Further more when I go in to get a part after camercial has closed for the night the regular employees have no I dead how to operate the camercial screen if this continues I will stop using autozone for the convince and start making the trip to napa whitch is out of my way

I went into the Mount Vernon AutoZone looking to get my front headlight replaced on my Honda Accord. I don’t know much about cars and I am partially disabled so I cannot do much myself. I had the pleasure of interacting with Marquis, one of the managers there. Not only did he help me identify which bulb I needed for my car, he offered to install it for me as well. As it would turn out, one must remove the entire lower part of the front bumper, in order to access screws that hold in the headlight. Marquis removed it no problem, while helping out other associates, meanwhile. I was utmost appreciative and offered him cash, to which he adamantly refused and when I asked how I could thank him, all he requested in return was a good review. Many thanks for Marquis and the AutoZone team.
