Setting the appointment online was simple and it only took a few days to happen. Paul arrived exactly when he said he would, and he was professional and friendly and extremely experienced. Jim's truck has never looked better since we bought it. I highly recommend Safelite for any repair or replacement for your vehicles!

Paul was amazing at Safelight out of Spokane. I set this appointment up for my mother and she was so pleased how nice and helpful he was. He even took the time to do some extras for her. The appointment was easy to set, and they committed to great service from making the appointment, confirming and letting us know when they were arriving. Thank you!

Used Safelite for an at home windshield replacement. Scheduling was effortless and work was done on time and professionally. Technician, Paul, kept in contact as to when he would arrive. Happy with entire process, start to finish.

Was able to work on vehicle where it was located. Was given enough time to prepare for tech to show up because I was going to be home that day.

I was able to have my windshield replaced while I was at work. It was quick and easy to schedule and Paul was informative and polite.
