  Refused to take a debit card right before my time to pick up, had to cancel my trip (The link you sent goes to a random AI chat box so you not only caused major problems with me trying to rent a car from you, your now also giving a slap to the face of deal with a computer to end up saying theres nothing we can do) The issue is that your rep. Is telling me there are different requirements to use a debit card then the requirements listed on the website which i took a picture of.

  I’ve used enterprise for many years. The moses lake location is the reason why I keep using enterprise. The young lady that works there is very accommodating and very prompt. And the young gentleman that rented me the car was ultra accommodating. I needed an extra day and he said yes before looking down at his screen. This location should be the standard of care across the entire enterprise company. Fantastic job guys!

  Horrible customer service. Showed up to pick up my reservation and no cars were available. They claimed to have called me to let me know however no call was ever received. They said my voicemail is not set up but that’s untrue.
