  Terrible experience renting a car for my husband. I set up the app and used my credit card so that everything would be ready to go. He went in, picked up the car, and had zero issues. A few weeks later we decided to rent another car and this time they wouldn’t accept the card or the reservation I made. The manager was incredibly unhelpful and wouldn’t even give me a phone number to contact the corporate office, blaming Kenzie for not knowing their store policies. When I finally found a number for Corporate, I spoke with Tasha and she was just as rude, again blaming Bud Clary for not knowing their own policy. Meanwhile our plans are ruined and it’s too late to reschedule anything. Definitely do not use Bud Clary or Enterprise.

  Horrible customer service. Showed up to pick up my reservation and no cars were available. They claimed to have called me to let me know however no call was ever received. They said my voicemail is not set up but that’s untrue.

  I reserved an 8-passenger vehicle a full month in advance, only to arrive and be told that all they had were 7-passenger vehicles. The staff was polite, but it was a huge inconvenience. At the very least, they should have contacted us in advance about the shortage.
