  Eliza is hands down the BEST Manager of an Auto Zone I have EVER encountered!! We were in an emergency situation and thought we were going to be stuck and when I say she went above and beyond to make sure we were safely back on the road and at ALMOST closing....she deserves a raise and some real recognition!! Auto Zone is lucky to have her on the team and we are incredibly thankful!!!

  I didn’t get the guys name sadly, but every time I’ve came in this past week the guy has been super helpful! He’s on the taller side, wore a hat and has a blue collar kind of vibe, Me and my pops came in trying to find specific bolts and he picked them out off the shelf and even paid for them and said pay it forward.. which was a shocker.. so we couldn’t be more thankful 🙌🏼 he knows who he is and I hope his employers see this, they hired the right guy🤘🏻

  My car battery needed a jump and we called AutoZone in advance to make sure they had what we needed. Stephen was expecting me when I arrived, and he was friendly, competent, and prompt in helping clean the corrosion, test and diagnose the battery, and ultimately get us a replacement. Stephen got it changed out and then confirmed that we weren’t also dealing with other issues (we weren’t), took my old battery for recycling, and reassured me that all records will be tied to my account. He and Heidi were just the best to work with. They went out of their way to get us back on the road safely and with the best option for our vehicle. Thank you!
