  I am a new customer to Valvoline and new to Monroe. This location's staff was awesome!! They were quick and thorough, they honored my coupon even though it wouldn't scan, they gave me a detailed receipt with the work they completed, and they were super friendly. I appreciate that there were knowledgeable ladies on staff too!

  My daughter took my bronco here for an oil change a few days ago, they were great! Fast and she raved on how friendly they were. After having a horrible experience and having monst stolen from us at monroe Jiffy Lube, we were hesitant to get another oil change but thry were great and answered her questions and helped her out(shes a new driver at 18 so this was her 2nd oil change ever and the first was the crap experience at Jiffy.) So they eased both our minds and have made us repeat customers for sure!

  I’m really glad these guys opened. I completely stopped going to the other oil change shop after their prices became all over the place. Every visit seemed to be a different price, and I felt like I was being overcharged. On top of that, they even damaged my vehicle’s skid plate by jacking it up improperly. Valvoline has been a great experience so far. It’s easy to get in and out, the staff is friendly and professional, and the service is quick and straightforward. No surprises, no hassle—just honest service. I highly recommend giving them a try.

  Tony is very attentive and strives for customer satisfaction and a job well done. I got an oil service done here. The team needs more training, but Tony is patient and well learned, the team is great overall.

  Tony the manager takes his job very seriously. Very nice Valovoline location. Great customer service Very thorough!! Got my 2026 kia sportage oil done here
