- JGJaym Gatestoday2.0I used to use this location when it was a different company and had acceptable service. I've tried using the new company 3 times, and each is worse than the last. First, there is no towel service that I have ever seen. None. So that's an inaccurate statement by the listing. Secondly, my truck is not all that dirty, but it consistently comes out absolutely covered in waterspots and with a ton of areas that were never cleaned. The only clean spots after today's wash were my driver's side window and half the windshield. The rest, as you can see, is a mess. The staff is nice, but at $30 a wash, I won't be trying this again, because now I have to go scrub waterspots out of the ceramic coating if I want to be able to see clearly through my windows. The only beneficial way to use this place is if you wash your vehicle yourself and then go get the coatings, and even that might not be enough. And no, I don't want to go back through, because there's absolutely no reason to believe it will be any better the second time. There aren't any other convenient car washes near me, but I'll be making longer trips to avoid using this one.

Amd I'll tell my frienda to go elsewhere. I go here and have been going here because of the lights. They have always been included before today it was slow so they weren't on. This response is a cop out answer and pure laziness.

Which is fine but I guess im just sick of rude people with no customer service skills AT ALL working in customer service. There's no empathy no suggestions, no kindness no smiles!! Here's a suggestion GET A DIFFERENT JOB WHERE U DONT HAVE TO INTERACT WITH THE PUBLIC...you would be surprised at how much a kind smile or helpful suggestion,or even a compliment, will do for someone having a hard time in sum kind of way,you never know!!! BE KIND,HELPFUL,SMILE!!!
