  Terrible pre-spray for front and rear on your auto when entering the wash. The worst car wash I've ever been to. On top of that their vacuums don't work. Don't waste your time and money. Why would I waste any more of my time going back to your establishment. I been there a few times and have shook my head and with regert that I spent a single dime there every time I've been there. It's obvious you are nothing more than an apologist. The best thing I can do is advise the public so they do not do business at your facility and move along to a better car wash and a company that cares about treating the customers correctly. Of course, you never even addressed the vacuum area that never works and the suction of the hoses that are poor at best out of the three that might be working for the day. Step up to the plate and fix your facility and quit just being an apologist. I am a very dissatified customer that will tell at least 100 other people of my experience at your facility and never return again.🤯

  Stopped by Quick Quack Car Wash and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, the line moved quickly, and my car looked spotless afterward. I also appreciated how easy the process was from start to finish. Definitely one of the better car washes in the area and I’ll be coming back again.

  While trying to check in it didn't recognize my membership. Had to wait for cashier to process new member before gaining access. After going through the tunnel I noticed a large smudge on driver side door. After buffing off the excess product it revealed a scratch in the paint. It basically "keyed" my car. The next day I noticed my antenna was bent and damaged. I will never be back. WARNING: THIS CAR WASH MAY DAMAGE YOUR CAR!

  Paid for the top-tier wash membership at Quick Quack Car Wash expecting my car to come out spotless. Instead, as Clueless would say, “It’s like a Monet, see? From far away, it’s okay, but up close, it’s a big old mess.” From a distance, the car looked shiny. Up close, there was still dirt in the seams, missed spots, and areas that clearly weren’t properly cleaned. For the premium price, I expected much better attention to detail. Will likely be canceling my membership.

  Needed a quick wash so I just got the basic package. Wasnt expecting anything perfect, but was severely disappointed. Windows were super streaky and still dirty, the front of my car didn’t look touched at all. Back car windshield and basically the whole back of the car still had dirt and pollen. Tires had dirt water running down it. Even my grandma commented on how bad it was. Will not be returning. Based on the reviews it seems like this is a common problem that yall should be addressing. Just stealing peoples money at this point.
