  The guy that works here is awesome. He got me into a nice car quickly, gave me a deal on an upgrade since they were out of sedans, offered me two free days, and when I returned the car he saw I was in a hurry (on my way to the airport), he got me out of there in under 5 minutes. Plus he's a good-looking dude (sorry lol 🫣). Give this man a raise!

  This 5 star review is a reflection of one wonderful employee that I encountered here at enterprise. His name is Mark and he seems to do the work of 3. I was being a little bit of a difficult customer but he didn’t let that phase him at all, he was helping customers in his lobby, answering phones, checking vehicles, and he even cleaned up a spill I found in my rental vehicle. Mark was professional and courteous and even though he was literally doing EVERYTHING all by himself, he never appeared stressed or overwhelmed. I hope Mark receives the recognition he deserves and probably a raise. Thank you, Mark, for making my first experience with a car rental so simple.

  Long story short, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. My experience included: -Multiple unprofessional staff members -High pressure sales tactics -Zero customer support -Surprise charges

  This location very unprofessional and disrespectful to their clients! I booked a suv for taking short vacation with family when I got to lactation one person working waited about 30 minutes finally when I reach to agent he said we don’t have any car specially what you booked but we have truck but needs oil change. I’m like are you telling me you don’t have anything right now answer was why don’t you sit tight I send truck for oil change it will take couple a hours the you can have this truck. I just lost it asked them can you give me ride back my home I will contact some other car dental company they refuse no apology said we don’t give ride to home. This is the worse car rental company I ever deal with.

  By far the worst costumer experience.. made reservations, recieved reservation confirmation.. mark who is a “manager” called to advise that I had been booked for a car they didn’t have and he didn’t have any control over booking.. I had to now pay 200$ more. When I politely asked to match price since I even had a pick up time reservation, he advised “no”. “I have the power to price match but I will not give you a cheaper rate”.. I then asked if he could confirm that their error now was costing me more money.. he then said “sir, I will not rent to you, I am cancelling your reservation, and find another place to rent a car”… I feel as if I’m making this up. But I am well aware that calls are recorded. I ask that the call be reviewed. And I also ask that mark, who is q “manager”, receive some sort of customer service training. It is much needed for mark..
