  I had an extremely negative experience at the Marysville Camping world recently when I took my RV in for a factory recall service. I contacted them to make an appointment for the service and they ordered the needed parts and then called me back with the appointment time. I brought the RV in on the appointed day and was immediately told that they would not get to it for several days. After two weeks I called and inquired as to the progress, and they said they had not yet started the service, but they would try to get to it in the next few days. So it basically sat on their lot for 2 weeks plus before even being looked at. I assumed a service appointment meant the work would have been done in a timely manner. After starting the work they found they needed other parts (not their fault) and we waited for another two weeks for the parts to come in. (Again this part of the delay was not in their control.) One month after taking the RV in for the recall service I went in to pick it up. As I started to drive off the lot I noticed a crack in the windshield that extended from the top of passenger side of the windshield to the middle of the windshield near the rear view mirror area. No crack had been on the windshield before I brought the RV in but their was now an obvious crack across half the entire windshield. I brought the RV back and told the clerk about it and she said she would get the service manager to look at it. After a few minutes I noticed the clerk and two other men inspecting the windshield outside so I stepped out there also. One of the men who I assume was the service manager immediately told me this crack was caused by a rock chip and was present when I brought the RV in initially. I do not know this man's name as he never introduced himself to me, but he immediately and repeatedly told me it would be impossible for this damage to occur during the course of their work and insisted that the crack damage was present when I brought the RV in. I insisted that it was not present and that I would have noticed a crack like that. He was very rude and dismissive and repeatedly said I was lying and he said I was trying to pull one over on them. He showed me photo of the windshield that was taken the day the RV came in for service that he insisted showed the crack. He showed me the photo and it was taken from a distance that did not have enough resolution to show anything, but he insisted the crack was there and persistently said I was lying. I was truly insulted and took offense at his assault on my character. I eventually just walked out having been throughly insulted. This person was extremely rude and inappropriately aggressive. I am baffled as to how he ever became a service manager. UPDATES I did contact them as they suggested in their response and there has been absolutely no response to this horrible incident. They say they will investigate but nothing has been done.

  We were out looking to trade in our diesel pusher on a 5th wheel and we happen to go to Camping World in Marysville Wa. We met Emily Morgan and she is an amazing sales woman (she knows her products). Emily was extremely helpful and patient while she must have showed us every 5th wheel on the lot. She listens to what the customers want. Look Emily up if you are looking for a great salesperson. If you like a salesperson to tell you want you want and don't really know thier products and you like feeling pressured there is polsbo rv down on 99 in Everett. Now I can't forget to mention the other Camping World team members. Lynn at the counter is awesome and goes out of her way to help. Nick that did our walk through was great and knowledgeable and answering all our questions. Abdi was great with our paperwork. Can't forget the nice ladies at the reception desk, they like asking questions :). We got a Keystone Cougar 5th Wheel and it great. So far only issue was the kitchen sink drain was loose and leaked water under sink good thing found at first use. I am guessing someone to a break and forget to tighten it up. The entry door is a little hard to close but will have them check that out when I take it in for the slides awnings to be installed and the table replaced. Not sure why the manufacturer would stick a sticker on the table that would damage the finish. Anyway our experience was pretty great and we like our new 5th wheel and Camping World in Marysville. If anything changes look for the updated review. One thing I did notice with the responses on the reviews Camping World doesn't seem to respond to the lower star ratings but will acknowledge the positive ones. Thanks again Emily, you are the best.
