  My experience was not up to par - my Fiance and I came in on May 4th 2026 and decided to tour the 2026 Coleman 13R that we have been interested in and then we got pre approved and was told the pre approval is good for 30 days. We came back in on Saturday May 30th so 27 days later, we had to get our credit ran again even though we already had that done on May 4th and was pre approved, got pre approved AGAIN and locked in the price of $10,999 plus agreed to the “let’s go camping” package which for ours didn’t come with propane since it is fully electric but was told it DOES come with 2 batteries (one for on the camper and one as a spare/backup), then we were told we could leave and will be reached no later than Tuesday June 2nd from the finance guys to get our bank info and sign papers since they were “so backed up” from the finance show and then Saturday June 6th was scheduled for our walk through and taking home our camper - cool, we thought it was weird since no one was even in the finance office with someone while we were there. Fast forward to Tuesday June 2nd, no one reached out so we followed up and our salesman was out of office until Wednesday but he reassured us that it would be completed. Wednesday afternoon comes, no response still. So again, I texted my salesman and said that if we didn’t get this worked on and/or a response by Friday afternoon we were taking our business elsewhere and wanted a refund on our $500 deposit we put down since we were pushed off so much. What do ya know?! The finance guy calls 2 hours later. But here’s the kicker, he told us our payment was higher again of course so 3 different payment answers by now, again we agreed because it wasn’t too terribly off… ALSO, we were told Saturday was actually taken up and we couldn’t come in until Monday and that meant I had to CALL off work because it’s 40 mins from me and I work downtown Seattle so I could not work. We get there Monday and go through our walk through which was done by a young dude with curly hair that did not know much about our camper, and stated that we actually don’t get 2 batteries only 1 because only 1 fits on our camper and that means we don’t get a spare (yet we are paying A LOT for that package even though I can get all of that for half the price on Amazon whatever). Why haven’t I learned my lesson by now?! I don’t know - we were ready to get our camper we have been wanting for a long time. We get to the finance department and realized they changed the price our camper to $12000 some after we LOCKED in the price of $10,999. He tries to keep adding several stuff making our payment be $100 over what we ever agreed to. So we said no, whatever. We signed the papers. Left with the camper JUST to realize they never checked if we had the right ball mount! We had a 2 inch thinking it would be the same as our older camper we had a couple years prior, nope. The 13Rs need a 2 5/16 inch ball, and that could have been extremely dangerous knowing we drove back 40 minutes on the freeway to Lynnwood! This place is so scammy and horrible. Would never ever go there again. Thankfully nothing is wrong with our camper …. Yet. Hopefully not at all in the future.

  I went to several Camping Worlds for a travel trailer and Marysville was the best experience, by a long shot. I used to sell cars, so I went in ready for a fight and ended up thinking that I didn't need to fight with them at all. My experience was quick, transparent, and thorough. I worked primarily with Tom and Jared.

  Emily was awesome, helped me find a RV that could work for my needs. Only after I left I found another one that would fit my needs better. Even though we gad started the process for the other one. Hopefully i can make it back up there soon to start the paperwork for the one I really want.

  WARNING!! Dont buy from these people. Scammers. We took out trailer there to put on consignment and no word on the inspection for 2 weeks and no consequences. Went by there the guy says this happens to often they forget to tell me they took in a trailer. Like WTH. Then he says they will get it done. A week later he finally calls. States that the heater is broke, the water heater is broke, the roof needs to be re- sealed. I said what? They worked fine when we brought it in. He got all defensive and rude. " I am just reading off the list". I said just forget it I will come get it. Says they need 24 hours for me to come get it. Like okay why? So set a time to come at 11am. Get there and our trailer is not up front as he said it would be. So needless to say he FINALLY comes out we follow him to the very back of the lot where our trailer was in the back corner. Not even out for sale. Then to top it off he couldn't locate our keys, more time wasted waiting. I did ask him why did my stuff work when I brought it it and now it doesn't. He said nothing. Finally get home plug it in and the heater was working fine and so was the water heater. I messaged him and told him your inspector needs to go back and get some training, did he even plug it in or turn on the propane? Advised him got home and everything works just fine. And not entirely sure what kind of BS company you are all running there but it seems pretty shady. I advised I will be putting in a review. His response to my message to him was " that's fine" seriously, That's all he has to say. We bought it a year ago in Mount Vernon Camping World and he says the roof needs re- sealed. So you sold us a trailer with a crap roof? So if you are putting your trailer there for sale be sure you do the inspection with them. I think they were trying to get us to repair shit that wasn't even broken. Or get us to sell it cheaper. Do better Camping World. And to think we were going to buy an RV next from them. Zero chance of that. ZERO STARS.
