  Quick and easy oil change experience! Good customer service and attention to detail. Also do a complimentary basic inspection of lights, wipers, battery health, tire pressure, air filter etc. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of services provided (didn't have to leave the vehicle) and overall value for money (even offered a discount for replacing the engine air filter) Highly recommend for oil change service in the Maple Valley area

  Blake was great. The new trainee John was great. He’s learning and that’s awesome to see. I know that one day he’ll be even better than he already is. Highly recommend this location for oil changes! They were very thorough and explained everything to us which we appreciate.

  All the comments complaining about time and training you guys need to learn what Grace is. How are people supposed to learn something if we have people like you in the world complaining about every little thing? Don’t come to get your oil changed, especially at a new location. If you are in a hurry, you have to have time for it to develop and I promise you this is going be a good location. Have a little bit of patience and give people grace your life will be much better for it.

  I got an oil change at the Maple Valley Valvoline 10/1/26 and it was an awesome service. The crew was quick, I was able to sit in my car and read on my kindle while they did the whole thing. Blake was very knowledgeable and friendly, he helped me reset my oil life/settings on my car afterwards as well. I will be back for future oil changes!

  I was at the Maple Valley Valvoline off of Route 169. My 2022 Grand Cherokee had a dash notice prompting me to get my back drivers tire filled due to being low. They were super accommodating, friendly, polite, and professional. Kuddos to Abbey, Hayden, and Braden. They not only filled my low tire, but also checked my other tires as well after I told them I would be taking a trip over the Chinook Pass in a few days. They also checked under my hood. Please tell them the lady in the maroon Grand Cherokee said they were amazing workers!! Thank you, Valvoline for employing such awesome workers!!
