  I was torn between 3 & 4 stars. They got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. It would have been 4 stars if only one of the two issues had happened. Issue number one; the Hard Sell. Trying to upsell me products I didn't ask for nor needed. Issue number two; Greasy palm and fingerprints on the hood and fenders. Oil dripped on the bumper. This shows lack of pride in their work.

  Long wait and expensive. $122.32 for a synthetic oil change with standard filter. Supplies cost me around $50 when I do it myself. They include a car wash now which is kinda nice.

  Friendly staff and did the job as required. The discounted price was good. So , I was happy.

  Waiting 45 minutes and left, seemed they were having some issue with techs running around on the phone. Not very instant and didn’t instill much trust in the service
