Automotive Experts MAPLE VALLEY are my GO-TO for just about everything. Absolute stellar customer service. Fatay (sp?) is absolutely my guy. Hands down nicest, most patient service I have received in a very long time. And the way they take pictures of the problems they find and include them in your report/estimate is what really put them over the top for me. I mean, how many times do you get an estimate from a mechanic and all of the Automotive jargon makes zero sense to you and you have no idea what it is that actually needs to be fixed or how important it is? They are so clear and concise in what needs to be done and are always willing to break up your estimate into what things are most important if you can’t pay to get it all fixed at one time. Until ownership changes or something else is amiss, this is my spot every time.

Amazing place. Amazing people. Great service. Took my Tahoe in for a field trip pump issue that would not seem to go away. They diagnosed and fixed it immediately with no issue so far. The team is fantastic and techs are efficient. I would leave 10 stars if I could. THANK you!!

Professional staff, pleasant experience. Comfortable waiting area with complimentary coffee. Excellent communication. Efficient electronic approval and invoicing process. Answered all my questions and even gave me ride home (less than 3 mile drive). Rear brakes and rotors replaced, transmission filter drain and fill. Will use this shop on the regular.

I bought two tires from a major retailer, on sale. The retailer delivered the tires to Automotive Experts. (A day late, but the tires had to go through Spokane during the arson fires) As a Tooling QA Inspector for over 30 years, I vetted the staff. The entire staff at AE are very capable and knowledgeable. This was my first service at AE. I recommend this repair shop for anyone that doesn't do their own auto repairs. I expected and received quality workmanship. Freddy Chavré of Maple Valley
