As you can imagine I have been in many dealerships in many states and I can honestly say that I have never ever experienced the quality, professionalism, and feeling of being a welcomed and valued customer like I feel every time I drive into the dealership at Sandberg Volvo. Every Sandberg employee with whom I interact treats me with respect, kindness and patience. I cannot recommend Sandberg highly enough. They are Simply the Best and they absolutely know their job. If you own a Volvo regardless of the year I cannot encourage you strongly enough to try Sandberg Volvo because when you do you will never ever go any place else for service.

As usual, Sandberg Volvo provided great service, starting with a friendly greeting on arrival, prompt notification of additional services being recommended, to a detailed report on what was done. I’d give them 10s across the board for this service visit.

Easy to make an appointment. Exceptional service advisor with great communication and a nice waiting area with WiFi, coffee, drinks and snacks. Highly recommend this location. Everyone working there was very friendly.10/10.

The finance manager, DJ, was also upfront, personable, friendly and did not cry to upsell. No pressure tactics. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly.
