  We just purchased a CPO XC90 and had the best buying experience with Nick and Jim. They were kind, knowledgeable, flexible and very low pressure compared to some of the other dealerships in the area. They were all very transparent. There were no surprise fees tacked onto the sale. We gave Jim what we felt to be a reasonable price he made it happen. Jim and Nick truly worked *with* us throughout the whole process, which was a breath of fresh air. Chris was the Volvo educator and gave us a full run down on how to set-up our Volvo accounts and manage all the features both on the app and inside the car. This was so helpful because it would’ve taken us forever to figure everything out on our own. We had everything set up before we drove off the lot. DJ Gray in financing was amazing as well. Explained everything to us and worked with us on the extended warranty to get everything we needed. A HUGE bonus was the playroom on the sales floor. Our 2 boys played with legos, magnatiles, and watched TV while we took care of business. It was amazing for them to have a separate space where they could play freely, allowing us to focus on buying the car. Highly recommend getting your next Volvo from Sandberg for the very best buying experience.

  I’ve been taking my Volvo to Sandberg exclusively for service since buying it used in 2023. Every interaction has been professional, services have been performed with quality at reasonable rates, and communication has been excellent. Most recently, my Volvo had an issue related to an OTA software update. Despite the fact that my car was no longer under warranty, they prioritized the fix and got me back on the road quickly at no cost. If you’re looking for an ethical dealer that stands by their work and their customers, look no further.

  It has probably been the worst car buying experience for me. I was buying a XC60 from them and had a hand shake deal and written confirmation from their sales rep (Dos and Ozzy) for $40000. Based on this, when I went to the dealership to buy the car they said they can't honour it and increased the price ro $41000. This was disrespectful and just straight up dealing in bad faith. It wasn't about the $1000 extra but if you can't respect my time and live up to your word then it's not worth dealing with such people. Both the sales rep went MIA and didn't even bother to show their face or talk to me. Furthermore, the manager Tom was also disrespectful, impatient with questions that I asked by replying in an arrogant and loud tone. I haven't had such experience at BMW, Mercedes or Porsche dealerships and I am usually not the one to put reviews but I felt compelled to put this out so people know what they can expect here. After them when I spoke with Volco Seattle and Bellevue, they were much more respectful and accomodating as it was the first time I was buying a car.

  If you’re looking for a great car and a dealership that truly works with you, offers outstanding customer service, and genuinely takes care of their customers, this is the place to go. Every salesperson here is helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. The fact that it’s family‑owned is a huge plus. I bought my Volvo XC90 here from a salesman named Jim, and he absolutely took care of me from start to finish. I even had the chance to meet the general manager—such a friendly and kind person. You can tell they truly value their customers and treat you like family. I’ll continue being a customer here and plan to buy all my future cars from them because they are genuinely exceptional.

  I recently took delivery of a 2026 Volvo XC60 PHEV from Sandberg Volvo, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. A huge shoutout to Jim Berus, who was incredibly prompt, responsive, and engaging when we first expressed interest in setting up a time to explore options. I also want to commend Bruce Wu for his patience, deep knowledge of the vehicle's tech platform during our visit, and for going the extra mile to coordinate a concierge-level vehicle drop-off since we live up in Bellingham. Both were highly professional and a pleasure to work with. We put the team through a very thorough, detailed negotiation process, and I greatly appreciated that the management team - led by Bill Tapscott - was willing to work diligently with us to find a creative structure that met our household financial goals. They were entirely transparent, honored our agreements, and went above and beyond to secure our business. Buying a luxury vehicle should feel like a premium experience, and Sandberg Volvo certainly delivered. My family and I love the new XC60 and look forward to being long-term customers with this team for years to come. Highly recommend!
