  My experience here was incredible! I was greeted warmly by name when my car came in and then was walked to the service desk. The service team all smiled and said Hello to me and my dog! The service was explained in full along with the cost and the time it would take. I then was lead to a bright, clean, well lit and comfortable waiting area. I was told where to find the WiFi password! There was coffee, tea and lovely snacks! They had real mugs!! It took the amount of time they said it would.! I have never had such an amazing experience getting service done at a dealership! I left in awe! I will be back! Thank you!!

  TLDR my old car made me want to puke, and now I have a Volvo. The volvos were so smooth that when I got back in my old car to go grab its title for trade in, I started getting car sick. I basically crawled back into Sandberg super ill. They were wonderful. We walked out of there with the Volvo of our dreams. All the features we wanted at the price we were budgeting for. Glitchy shifting is fully in my rear view along with any weird rattling I could never track down. Izzy was the best

  If I could leave a negative review I would they posted a car for 1700 on Facebook I went in after I messaged him not expecting to pay more than 2k well nope they tried to get me to pay 2800 almost double I needed a car for work do to a wreck I was just in me and my wife are building our credit to buy a house so I didnt want to finance nothing well they finally offered me 2500 out the door so 800 more than what was posted online then we fill out the paper work they said they need my social I was willing to walk if they pulled my credit they said no they wont pull my credit because I was paying cash but still had me fill out the paper work for my employment and social and income and everything then I get an email saying they are pulling my credit the next day and then the very first time I drive the car to work the very next day the check engine light comes on and I got multiple codes on the car really un-trustworthy dealership even the owner came out and said it was a good car a family friend traded it in I promise they will make you feel scammed big time I do not recommend going here to any one

  I recently took my XC90 to Sandberg Volvo for its annual service, along with a few battery-related issues. Since the car was originally purchased in Chicago, IL, this was my first service experience with them here in the Seattle area. From the moment I arrived, the experience was excellent. The team was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away. They kept me informed throughout the process and promptly reached out to discuss any additional services they recommended, which I really appreciated. I also received a detailed report explaining the work that was completed, which gave me a lot of confidence that everything had been thoroughly checked and taken care of. It’s always reassuring when you can leave your car with a service team and feel that it’s in good hands. Thank you to everyone at Sandberg Volvo for the professionalism, transparency, and genuinely great customer service. I would happily give this service visit a 10/10. Thank you, Sandberg Volvo, for taking such good care of my XC90!

  Where do I start.? I am so thankful to Sanburg Volvo of Lynnwood. Their service department is outstanding. I had a horrible experience with another dealership . Where a major warranty recalll repair dragged on for 3 years In the end they refused to complete the repair after stringng me along. They were so unprofessional. I called Volvo America to get the issue resolved and contacted a local independent volvo repair shop that I used before to get the extensive repair completed. He advised me that the repairs were beyond his scope .But eagerly recommended Lynnwood Volvo. He stated that no other volvo deleaship in Western Washington had the skills to complete the repair other than Sanburg volvo. He gave me the service managers name and told me to speak to him directly. I called the dealship and spoke with him. He was sooo kind and told me they would work with me and try to resolve the issue. He was so knowledgeable regarding the issue, understanding and professional and said he just needed the paperwork from the dealership in fife. I sent him the documents. He said he had seen this problems many times and and he needed to talk with the liaison from Volvo America. That night or the very next day the repairs were approved and the date was set to bring my car in. OMG!!!!! The anxiety and stress of 3 + years lifted off My shoulders in a couple of days. When I arrived they explained everything . I received a beautiful loaner vehicle from them. The repairs were completed in 3 days. I am so thankful to the service manager and service department at Sandburg. I can t even put it in words. I live in Tacoma and from this point on they will be the only volvo service department that I trust. Just outstanding!
