  Best car buying experience ever! Thanks John Bang, sales consultant making this happened. We just had a car accident and had a total loss. We were not ready to buy a brand new car but with John's patience and explanation, we ended up getting a lease a brand new GLC. He applied for any possible rebates and discounts for the car. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend him to everyone. John Bang IS THE BEST IN TOWN!!

  We had an excellent experience working with Nam. From our very first visit, he was professional, honest, and never pressured us into making a decision. We spent about a month researching different options and dealerships before making our final choice. In the end, we came back to Nam because he truly stood out from everyone else. He took great care of us, answered every question, was patient, and gave us the best overall experience. The entire purchase process was smooth, fast, and stress-free.   This place far exceeded my expectations. The care they took with my vehicle was surprising and just rare these days. Andrew was amazing throughout the process and took the time to explain technical details which helped me better understand my van. He also worked to accommodate my schedule and everything was completed on time and as promised. I am so grateful to the good people here and as long as I am in the area, they will have my business.

  I've been a Mercedes-Benz customer for several years now, and I honestly can't believe this was my first time working with Casey. I've brought my car in for annual services and maintenance many times, but I've never had an experience quite like this. From the moment I arrived, Casey was professional, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. It's rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with such great customer service. I can honestly say this was the best service experience I've had at Mercedes-Benz. Casey treated me with respect, was incredibly polite, and made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another appointment on the schedule. Employees like Casey are the reason customers keep coming back. He represents the Mercedes-Benz brand exceptionally well, and I truly hope his hard work and dedication are recognized.
