  I've been driving Mercedes since 1996. I am skeptical about all car dealerships, but MB of Lynnwood is a shining exception. Everyone was pleasant, and informative, without being pushy. They dealt with the Mercedes-Benz company over a specialized warranty repair on a 25 year old car. (SBC Pump) Work was done in one day, no hassle. The charge to me was zero, and they washed the car! Logan, and Allison were especially helpful, but everyone was kind and professional. Highly recommended.

  Super clean, large facility with great staff. Check in was easy and waiting room very comfortable and equipped. Multipoint inspection, diagnostics and explanation for resolution was captured on video and sent prior being texted about service completion. Then I was able to speak at length to the actual tech. Most service places have the advisor translate but able to answer all questions. Not here. Both advisor and tech explained and we discussed plan of attack. Definitely worth the hour-plus drive to Lynwood. Very pleased. Highly recommended for all Sprinter van work in northwestern WA state.

  Excellent Service at Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood As a Mercedes-Benz owner, I’ve always felt that service at a Mercedes-Benz dealership is among the best in the automotive industry, and my recent experience at Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood reinforced that impression. The team at MB Lynnwood provided excellent service from start to finish. Everyone was professional, courteous, and attentive, and they took the time to explain the service and address my questions. The work was completed carefully and efficiently, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle free. Thank you to the entire MB Lynnwood team for another great service experience.   I had the pleasure of working with Nam Vuong in sales who was outstanding from start to finish. He was friendly and knowledgeable and a straight shooter. There was a vehicle I was interested in, he had it pulled up and ready for me when I arrived. I had done an online appraisal for my trade before coming and was able to work off those numbers to ensure we came to a fair deal all around. Andrew the sales manager took excellent care of me while we closed the deal. Then Mindy in finance assisted with all the paperwork, she was a joy to interact with and I highly recommend closing with her if you have the chance! All around this was a super smooth and easy transaction, give them a chance to earn your business. A+

  I used a scan tool less than a half hour before dropping my vehicle off with the dealership, was quoted two hundred and something for the diagnostic test and five hundred something for the A/C repair with the best case scenario. When I got my vehicle back they had done only the diagnostic test they charged me six hundred twenty ($620) dollars for. And told me it would be another $32, 000 to repair it completely. They threw all my personal belongings from the loaner vehicle I had into a black garbage bag and tossed it in my vehicle. I ran the scantool again and there were twenty something MORE codes that was not there before. Their customer service rep was a jerk from jump and I would never recommend this company for anything in the universe.
