  To begin with, Fi is just a delightful person to work with. She was able to get us scheduled for an initial appointment. Travis did our intake and was able to get parts ordered and work completed in a very short (and necessary) amount of time - 1week! Communication was great, they updated us via text throughout the week. We picked up our car the day they said it would be ready. Thank you so much!

  Gerber collision has been great. I never expected taking my truck to a body shop to be a “pleasant” experience, but to my surprise it was with Gerber! The Capitol Hill location closer to my house didn’t have the equipment for my specific issue, but helpfully referred me up to the Mountlake Terrace shop. They were super friendly, efficient, and affordable. Gerber will definitely be my first stop for any future needs!
