  Enterprise employee Lauren helped me to reserve the vehicle ahead of time and she checked me out when I returned the vehicle. Lauren was very attentive, kind and super professional! She embodies excellence in customer service. I know that both times I met with Lauren, she was the only person working the counter.   Hello, I would like to take a moment to thank Lauren for being incredibly kind, attentive, and professional during my visit to the Enterprise location in Lynnwood today. A few years ago, I had several very poor experiences with an Enterprise location in Orlando, Florida, and at that time I promised myself that I would not use the company’s services again. However, today I had an urgent need for a rental car, and Enterprise was the only available option. I have to admit that after the excellent experience I had today, my perception has completely changed, and I will definitely consider using Enterprise again in the future. I arrived around 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday, and there were about four people ahead of me. Even so, Lauren managed the situation extremely well. She was clearly attentive to the line and everyone’s waiting time while remaining friendly, professional, and welcoming. She handled everything with a wonderful smile and a very positive attitude. When it was my turn, she personally showed me the vehicle, went over all the details with me, and clearly explained everything I needed to know. The entire process was handled with great care and professionalism. My day started on a very positive note because of the quality of service I received. I especially want to make it clear that this recognition is specifically for Lauren and the outstanding service she provided. Lauren, congratulations on the excellent work. I wish you tremendous success in your career. Please continue showing this level of dedication, professionalism, and care in everything you do. With this kind of attitude, I am sure you have a very successful corporate career ahead of you. And to Enterprise, I can confidently say that you have earned my trust again.   They didn’t have the car we booked. Not the locations fault may be, but certainly the booking system is busted. In front of them we searched for cars, saw availability on website but when called, didn’t have cars. The rep was nice and apologized but ultimately we wasted time.
