  We arrived at the Lynnwood City Center link station from Seattle. A $7 Uber took us to this office where we had a reservation. (Enterprise would have picked us up also, but it was faster w Uber). Office was busy, but Lauren, the branch manager, was doing a great job taking care of all customers needs pleasantly and efficiently. We returned our vehicle several days later and an employee was available to take us back to the Link station. Very handy location, well managed. Highly recommend.

  The staff were business like, friendly and helpful. The vehicle was clean and operated as expected. The pickup and drop-off were timely, and the courtesy ride to the Link station was appreciated, we appreciated your service.

  Enterprise claims that I damaged the car without providing any before pictures. Reality is that I picked up the car from Enterprise at the Seattle airport in a dark parking garage and was tired from flying across county. I did not inspect the car and assumed that the car was good. If you are reading this please learn from my mistake and take as many photos as you can before taking the car. I returned the car to this location not thinking there was an issue and now Enterprise is claiming I damaged the car over a small blemish on the hood of the car that my wife and I didn’t notice the entire trip. I did explain to the Enterprise agent all this but there was zero support from agent. I’m very disappointed in Enterprise and will not be using them again. Seems like Enterprise cares more about their bottom line than providing a service for the customer.

  Enterprise employee Lauren helped me to reserve the vehicle ahead of time and she checked me out when I returned the vehicle. Lauren was very attentive, kind and super professional! She embodies excellence in customer service. I know that both times I met with Lauren, she was the only person working the counter.   Hello, I would like to take a moment to thank Lauren for being incredibly kind, attentive, and professional during my visit to the Enterprise location in Lynnwood today. A few years ago, I had several very poor experiences with an Enterprise location in Orlando, Florida, and at that time I promised myself that I would not use the company’s services again. However, today I had an urgent need for a rental car, and Enterprise was the only available option. I have to admit that after the excellent experience I had today, my perception has completely changed, and I will definitely consider using Enterprise again in the future. I arrived around 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday, and there were about four people ahead of me. Even so, Lauren managed the situation extremely well. She was clearly attentive to the line and everyone’s waiting time while remaining friendly, professional, and welcoming. She handled everything with a wonderful smile and a very positive attitude. When it was my turn, she personally showed me the vehicle, went over all the details with me, and clearly explained everything I needed to know. The entire process was handled with great care and professionalism. My day started on a very positive note because of the quality of service I received. I especially want to make it clear that this recognition is specifically for Lauren and the outstanding service she provided. Lauren, congratulations on the excellent work. I wish you tremendous success in your career. Please continue showing this level of dedication, professionalism, and care in everything you do. With this kind of attitude, I am sure you have a very successful corporate career ahead of you. And to Enterprise, I can confidently say that you have earned my trust again.
