  I was part of the group that visited on June 19th and was turned away even though we presented valid identification documents. The “manager” (not sure if he was the manager, when we asks for one, he said it was him) was condescending and unhelpful. I wonder if we looked different we would’ve been treated better (we were a group of a young POC women). Thankfully, an enterprise that is within a mile helped us instantly with no questions. This was an unnecessarily stressful and time-wasting experience.

  Dan at Enterprise was easy to work with, he gave me a vehicle similar to mine that was being repaired. All around great experience. So convenient the Enterprise lot was next to the repair shop.

  Horrible enterprise experience. We came in here on June 19 for our car rental with appointment. Our driver had a printed temporary license (INTERIM DRIVER LICENSE, type DUPLICATE, as shown) issued by the DMV which clearly states it’s valid on its own as authorization to drive. She did not have her new photo license yet as it was still being issued through the mail, nor her older one as it had been disposed of by the DMV. However, the staff here refused to accept us. He claimed only the photo license is valid and that we would need to show the older one along with our printed temporary license. He ignored our explanation by repeatedly saying “I don’t know what else to tell you”. He was incredibly condescending and made us feel disrespected as young women travelling in a foreign state. By what we could see, he was the only one at the branch that day. Eventually we went to another branch (21101 Hwy 99 Ste B) in Lynnwood and got our car rental with the same driver’s license, as the staff there had the patience and reading comprehension skills to realize we had a perfectly valid license. We understand different branches may have different policies, but it is unacceptable to reject a valid licence when there are no such rules written on the website. Please reconsider who you hire.

  Charged for toll. Never ever drove the rental on toll lane. Called them. The lady was like we dont handle toll charges, transferred me to someone else. The other person said the same thing and hang up on me. This is called day light robbery. I want proof of toll.
