  Today I went in with my mom, we needed help replacing and changing our brake lights and head lights. We were immediately greeted in and helped right away, the employee Jerome Woods went above and beyond for us in helping us get everything we needed and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend 1000/10.

  Flavio was absolutely incredible! He went above and beyond to help me figure out exactly which battery I needed, helped me pick the right one, and then replaced it for me right there. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and made what could have been a stressful situation so easy. The level of customer service he provided was truly exceptional. He took his time, made sure everything was installed correctly, and never made me feel rushed. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers the way Flavio does. I left feeling so grateful for his help. AutoZone is very lucky to have him. Thank you so much, Flavio! Highly recommend!

  The store at 9:30 it’s 945 and they still can’t find my part and I’m the only person in the store with two employees doing the it seems to be an impossible task. I called In advance to see if they had The part so you would think they might’ve had it ready and waiting for me. Not the case I don’t think I’ll get out of here before 10 and that’s what time they close lol. I mean come on really how hard can it be to find one part . Unfortunately, for the store itself, I will not be coming back to this location or probably in the AutoZone.

  For Some Reason.. Recently it Has been Almost Impossible to get the 20$ Discount Reward. I Just did 3 Garunteed to Earn the 20$ Off Coupon transactions in the Past Month or 2.. Still No Discount.. Something is Happening behind the Curtains.. Until something Changes I'm done with Physical AutoPart Stores.. U.S.A Land of the Scammed and Terrorised..

  Ahead of a long-distance trip on August 22nd, I went to the AutoZone next to Trader Joe's to check the condition of my tires and engine oil. Michelle was kind enough to come out to my car, which was parked far away, to help me. After checking the engine oil level with the dipstick, she let me know that using synthetic oil would extend the change interval. She also said that while the tire tread was fine, they were over five years old from the date of manufacture, so replacing them with new tires would be safer. Michelle is such a wonderful person!
