  Poor customer service. They won't help you if you buy a product that the spray bottle does not work. Even if you used your loyalty number for the purchase. They will put in zero effort to find a solution for you other than to tell you sorry I can't help you. They could care less if you shop there. The folks on 168th are much more helpful and about their customers than this store.

  Sam was super helpful! Edit: sam was still helpful. However future visits have been horrible. 1) they sold me a part that was missing pieces. I only figured this out after my car was ripped apart. I called the store and explained the situation to which they said the only solution was for me to re order another one, pay for delivery, and wait several hours for delivery. So i had to wait 5 hours for uber to deliver it. Then i go back to the store the next day to get a refund on my part and they tried to not refund the delivery fee! 2) i just went two weeks later for a different issue and all their “scanners are broken”. You guys literally sell them go open a box and use that one. I will never be returning to this location.

  I had a weird incident last time I was here and although it cost me a lot of inconvenience and time, I still appreciate their effort to compensate for my trouble. So the story is, I bought a new oil from them and went to Valvoline oil change shop to change the oil for me. But to my surprise, just when the guy in Valvoline pour the oil to their jug in front of me, it was missing a quart and the oil looks really dark. The guy also told me that the cap was not sealed to begin with. So apparently the oil that I just bought, was a used dirty oil inside :( Luckily the service manager in Valvoline helped me to explain the situation to Autozone. And after a long talk, I'm glad that Autozone agree to refund the oil for me. The service manager also told me that it will be fair if Autozone pay for the labor that had been done in Valvoline since now I have to pay for another labor and new oil from Valvoline, and this will never happen if the oil that Autozone provided was good in the first place. Unfortunately, Autozone refused to pay for the labor that had been done there. But then, after another talk between the service manager in Valvoline and the store manager in Autozone, Autozone then agree to at least try to submit a labor claim form to their supplier and see if I can get a reimbursment from there. There is no guarantee, but I still appreciate that Autozone still try to help in the end. In the end, no one really knows how that old oil can be in the shelf to begin with. I have bought oil from them and this issue has never happened before. But it was really weird that this can even happen, and unfortunately it just unlocked a new fear for me. Gotta be more careful next time :(
