I got an oil change, radiator fluid flush, and he was able to read my check engine light code for me. From the moment I pulled in until the second I left, Seth went above and beyond for me and my car. Thank you to the whole team!

(First owner did too, I found out on my first visit) Always friendly techs, always fast and thorough. They give you recommendations without being pushy or upselling. Checking the wait time in the app before I go is pretty accurate, and convenient so I’ve never had to wait in too long of a line. Best part of course is I don’t have to crawl under my truck anymore.
- EMEmily MurrayAug 9, 20261.0We took our car to valvaline. They ended up putting our skid plate back on with zip ties without our knowledge and our bolts just gone. It came off that night while driving on the highway, and had our 2 young kids in the car. The next day, took it back in. They fixed it (with bolts supposedly). Less than weeks later, I was heading on the freeway on the onramp, with my children and it comes off again, and I was unable to drive it, or even get to a safe area and had to sit for 2 hours with my young kids for roadside assistance. I showed up that same day, after getting help, and the manager told me it’s our fault due to the type of car we have, and no fault of theirs but was able to put more bolts in. I found that very unfair, created a claim and now unable to get through to anyone, say’s unavailable when I tried to call. Please be careful going there, it was really unsafe and not a fun experience for us.
