They were so helpful, got us in quickly, checked all our other tires just in case, and checked the tire pressure along with patching the hole. Wish we lived in the same town as Point S because they would be our go-to for any tire needs!

After a brief phone call my worries are no more. He gave me faith my tire will be fine and wont need to buy a tire till I get back home. Thank you for the helpful info. - KBK BryantFeb 5, 20161.0A few months ago I was looking to buy a used car in Longview. I called herethey said they were happy to take a look at the car for me. I was really impressed at how thorough they were as they went over the car and said it was great other than it needed a couple clips they'd be happy to put on if I brought them in. He even said he'd buy it and told me about the lug nut key and a few other pointers. A few days later the bumper fell off. Upon looking under the car we realized the entire thing was jimmied and wired together. there was also visible crash damage and visible damage to the AC and other things. Not something they could possibly miss. Also not safe to drive, and they knew this was for my teenage daughter. The employees and the car salesman didn't seem to know each other but I can think of no other reason the employees would blatantly lie to me about the car when it had obvious issues they could have easily shown me. I will also say the employee that actually told me how good it looked was not a kid but an older man. Hope your guys got a good kick back from the crooked car salesman.
