  I am referring to stock number 2463515. I drove 2.5 hours to make a deal on this RV. I looked at it, decided to proceed. The salesman took information and went to the bullpen. Came back and proceeded to tell us that it was SOLD in the last 30 minutes. I drove to another dealership and found something better! But wait..... I waited for 24 hours. It's still listed for sale on their website. Bait and Switch. or Bad business practices of turning down a customer. Never will I go there again and STOP sending me your damn emails!

  From start to finish Camping World in Liberty Lake was a great experience. So glad we choose to go with this company. Really appreciate our sales man Shane working with us and showing us different options and working within our budget and making the process of purchasing our new Coleman Keystone 13b so fun. This size camper is just perfect for our family and what we were looking for. To Scott in the office with signing papers making it so fun, easy and making sure we knew everything we were signing. The team there all a great bunch of people and every helpful. It made our first camping trip so fun and we can't wait for more adventures this summer and for years to come!!

  I went in to look at a camper trailer. I got to see the one I was interested in. Then the sales people interaction starts happening. It ruins everything. Instead of talking facts, they start trying to play with numbers. They don’t tell you what interest rates and length of financing is. They try to get you to focus on a dollar amount per month. I would have put a large amount down to have smaller monthly payments. But they said not to do that. Likely because they want that interest money. I was going to buy the trailer. But I told them it wasn’t going to be that day. I said I’d be ready to come back to buy in 3-4 weeks. Then I was called, texted, and emailed multiple times a week since I walked out the door. Now I won’t be back to buy the trailer. Salesmen ruin the experience of buying. Why can’t it just be like a grocery store where I pick out what I want, pay, and leave? I would have bought it. But the desperation of a salesman trying to get you to buy it now leaves a bad taste. I also believe Camping World sold my info. Since visiting them I have been getting spam calls from Washington area codes, which I never used to get.

  No one knows what’s going on in service and they’re all rude and unhelpful. I could go on and on. I was misled about the paint warranty and what it will cover. Pointlessly drove my vehicle to tricities for a cut and buff which accomplished nothing. Blake Bruun spoke down to me like a child on two different occasions and threatened to kick me off the property with absolutely no care as to why I was less than happy. He has a nasty personality. After spending 4500 on a new awning, it did not work. I gave them three more weeks to fix it and when I called to see if the awning was fixed I was told they didn’t know what I was talking about! No idea why my vehicle was there, apparently. Then they decided instead of solving the issue they’d be upset that I was upset and escalate things so they wouldn’t have to explain the gross incompetence. Sandy Summers is awful. She couldn’t find the work order then treated me like I was the problem. Can’t do her job. Do not buy anything from here!

  I just purchased Jayco 20' trailer from Camping World Spokane Valley. The sales Person, Dana Peite, was one of the best I've worked with in my many years on this earth. He made everything easy and made me feel comfortable through the entire process. He helped right up to the minute I left the lot, always there, always available. Then when it came time for finance and the many extras one can buy, Scott Schiedler was great, got me the best rate and term, no pushy sales, just made me aware of what is available as fas as coverage , warranties, sealants, etc. Allowed me to make my decisions without pressure. Thanks everyone!
