  Hands down the best service I’ve ever received at an auto shop. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I’m putting a lot of trust in whoever I take my car to, and I’ve had some pretty negative experiences at the BMW dealership where I felt like I wasn't being told all the options. I understand and accept that BMWs are expensive to fix, but even after spending a significant amount on my car, European Motors made me feel comfortable every step of the way. They took the time to clearly explain what they were doing and why, in a way that actually made sense to me and I appreciate that. I’m so glad I found this place, I am a loyal now, and have already been recommending it to everyone I know who drives a BMW.

  Brought my e63 here to get my rms replaced. Another shop that I wont mention the name quoted me much more than what european motors quoted me. I was able to add on a coolant system flush and was still way under the price the other shop wanted. Ill also add that I went to college for auto and havent let a shop work on any of my cars in over 14 years and was going to do this job myself if I couldnt find a shop I felt was trustworthy. My car was done quick for the right price and they explained what caused the leak. I fully trust them with my babies and you should too.

  Brought in two of my cars and couldn't be happier with the experience. The team at European Motors was professional, communicative, and thorough. They know what they're doing and it shows. Will definitely be back. Joe and the staff were great.

  This shop earned my trust. They didn’t rush into expensive repairs and instead used UV dye to accurately diagnose my oil leak. They also replaced only what was needed (rear brake pads) and confirmed my front brakes are still in good condition. Honest, fair, and professional. Definitely coming back again.
