  I needed a Volvo transmission issue diagnosed and my normal mechanic suggested I visit European Motors. I was able to get the car in quickly. They told me what they found, did NOT charge me for the diagnosis after all, and offered options for managing the car until I was ready to pursue more complex work (which wasn't needed at this point). I felt like I was treated extremely fairly, and would go back without hesitation. I'd definitely go to European Motors before I went to a similar car repair place on 7202 Steilacoom.

  We were stuck with a broken down car that the dealer said would take 4-6 weeks to fix. Dylan and his team got us back up and running in 2 days. Fantastic service!

  Finally, I made an appointment with European Motors Service Center, and got the bugs worked out. I had taken my 2006 BMW to three other auto shops, but they never could figure out what was wrong. I really appreciate these guys, fast , dependable, reliable. Thank you so much.
