  For the past month or so I've had ongoing issues at this branch! I'm a firm believer that communication is key, and they have a lack of customer service! Anytime I've called I've had to deal with unresponsiveness, long delays, and uninformed representatives! This morning I booked a reservation, and I used accumulated points toward my rental. It took me 15 - 20 minutes to walk from home to Enterprise, and upon my arrival the branch manager told me that they didn't have any vehicles! She, and another employee then proceeded to help a young man with a rental who had just walked in stating that his insurance company referred him for a rental. I left feeling exasperated, and displeased nonetheless! On July, 1st I was told I needed to come in to fill out some paperwork, and they informed me that they would be closed on Saturday July, 4th. They were open on the 2nd, 3rd, and 5th, so I still don't understand why they had me wait to come in on the 6th. When I made it in on Monday, I let the representatives know that I was told I had to come in today to fill out some paperwork. That's when they told me they had to close out my current rental agreement, and I would be refunded the deposit of $200. No one told me that, and I had spoken with more than 1 representative prior to coming in on Monday! I left to put gas in the rental, gathered all of my belongings, and asked for a ride home. I had to hurry home, get dressed, and catch 2 busses to work! Management, and representatives here are very unprofessional!

  I went there to rent a car and I ended up buying. Such an amazing place with amazing experience. Jake took care of my husband and I and the process was super first. We didn’t spend up too an hour in buying a whole car. I had an amazing experience. Thank you Enterprise

  10/10 experience! The team was friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating throughout the rental process. Manager Herrera-Ramirez was especially helpful and understanding. I appreciated the free upgrade when my original vehicle wasn’t available, and they even reached out about a forgotten item and held it for pickup for 30 days. Excellent customer service all around. I would gladly rent from Enterprise again and highly recommend them to family, friends, and colleagues. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  We rented here at this Lakewood location for almost 6months the staff here is awesome especially Katie Itzel and Marcos, these two individuals have great customer service skills and were very attentive to our needs. They definitely came thru when we really needed it. This particular location, along with these two specific employees is good place to rent a vehicle without the vibe of a snake oil salesman.

  If i could go lower I would. This is hands down the worst rental experience of my life. I rent cars all the time I've used enterprise for years. They have lost a customer for life because of the employees Katie the manager is great and the only one that id trust everyone else will mess up the account mess up the return dates Mess up deposits. Im talking simple transactions they run and cancel and run it 5 times and my bank has declined then 4 times for fraud activity because of it. This last time I had to call the bank and put it on speaker to get them to process it right because they will say your card is declined. Just to not be helpful. When my bank says they messes up the transaction.. incompetent I will never use enterprise again anywhere because of these rude girls. Its always the same one. Its clearly a customer service fail
