  Quick and easy rental and return. Honest prices and they even offered to pick me up at my house to get to the car rental place. ( varies on location and days of the week) the car had only 3000 miles on it and was very comfortable and had a very good price for a 3 week rental.

  Please retrain Katie, her customer service is absolutely horrible! We are regulars with enterprise, and had just retuned a vehicle a few days ago. I called to see about the charges and getting a receipt and instead of explaining she kept saying to come in and cutting me off! I was trying to figure out why I was being charged more and instead she kept saying I rented for an extra two days? What? I reserved with them through Costco and made sure to pick and drop off as reserved! She was so rude and unprofessional! I called back again and spoke with someone named Kimberley who was amazing! She took her time and explained everything to me! She answered all my questions with so much patience! Thank you Kimberley! You’re the only reason I’m giving a 3 star!

  I had a fantastic experience here!! Rented a car for the day to go explore Olympic National Park. Was able to pick up my car at 7:30am pretty quickly and it had a full tank of gas, so didn't need to stop to fill up until I took it back. The car got 48 mpg!! I really enjoyed the zippy Elantra I got!

  This location has great customer service and the last couple of times I rented the car was ready right away when I requested it so they’re inventory levels are getting better. The only other thing I would say is when I did a switch out of one rental to another, The girl didn’t go over any of the pricing for me so it declined my card because she was trying to charge me $770. Why I am not sure but in the end it was much less so just making sure that employees are going over the charges with customers in detail as needed would be very appreciated.

  My experience with Enterprise has always been great. Never a disappointment with them. They continue to be professional. They know there job and know what they are doing
