  Very good experience. We worked with Elaun in lakewood and he was helpful and patient with all the test drives i did until i found the one. I recommend going to enterprise in lakewood and ask for Elaun if your in the market for a new/ used vehicle.

  Shout out to my guy Kuiokalani (Kui) best customer service of all time 😎 Kui was friendly, professional and made the whole process easy. He handled the paperwork like a champ, quick and smooth. I really appreciate the energy, great customer service from start to finish. If you're looking for a car, ask for Kui, he got you and that's on 💯! Coffee was good too, free water if you gon wait too long but no worries, Kui got you. The whole vibe was good . Appreciate you Kui. Good bless you man 🤟 mahalo

  Disappointing Experience I was traveling with my friend’s family, and our trip was ruined because our reservation wasn’t honored. My friend called the Tacoma location about two weeks in advance and specifically confirmed an 8-seat SUV for our group of eight. On the day of pickup, we arrived early for our 9:00 AM reservation, expecting the vehicle to be ready. Instead, the office opened at 9:00, and we waited about 30 minutes while being told, “just a couple more minutes.” We then found out they were preparing a 7-seat Jeep Wagoneer, not the 8-seat SUV that had been confirmed. After checking, the employee admitted they didn’t have any 8-seat SUV available. The only option offered was a 15-passenger van, which wasn’t suitable for our family trip. If the pickup time is 9:00 AM, the vehicle should be ready at 9:00, not still being cleaned. More importantly, a confirmed reservation should actually be available. Because of this, we canceled our trip and went back home after all the planning, packing, and taking time off work. It was very disappointing for both families, and we ended up listening to our wives’ frustration instead of enjoying the vacation we had planned. Overall, a very disappointing experience
