- FFFrank FarconeJun 30, 20263.0I decided to bring my truck in for an oil change today. I have always used a mechanic to do my oil changes but I figured lets give them a try. Both of there bayes had a auto in it. The sign said pull up in the lane which I did. A young man came over and ask me to open my door. He scan something and went back to his computer. Then he came back and scan my vin number below my window. He then proceeded after to go back to his computer. As I sat in my truck a few minutes pasted. I then saw him go to one of the autos in the bay. After a few minutes I decided to back up my truck and leave. I am sure the oil change would of be great. But since I was a new customer.. the computer would of showed it, and since he made no effort to come back and talk to me that when I decided to leave. Only suggestion I have is to better communicate to your customers when they pull in.

Royce was most problematic with complaints about his staff. I just couldn’t wait to get out of there. My car runs great. It took too long and the experience was a bit uncomfortable, and appalling with the trans jokes.
