Came in on 10/13/26 at 2pm. All bays were open but the employees were sitting on their trucks shooting the shit. Never came to check in my car so I left to go to jiffy lube. No wonder the bays were open.

Big shout out to Eric (the manager) and his crew for always helping me out with the regularly scheduled oil changes.

Love how I don’t need to get out of my car. Clean shop, Jesse was very personable, made knowledgeable recommendations without being pushy. Royce was cracking me up as he was guiding me into the garage. Waiving me in nice and slowly haha! Thanks guys!

They are always great! Got me in and out quickly, even went an extra step and helped me get the sap cleaned off my windshield. Eric, Royce, and Jessie do an amazing job.

I went in on 8/21/2026 drove up in middle as no one else was waiting and didn’t know which lane to pick two cars in the bay so waited to be told. Nicholas came out and told me to pick a lane i apologized as i wasn’t sure which lane they wanted me in as i waited. He then asked me kinda rudely is your gas light on or something. I was like ihhh no i need my oil changed and im so far over. Without even knowing where i was at he said these jeeps get over 6K miles i are fine hold on brought me back a handwritten sticker which was only 150 miles of where i was already at so i said im going over the mountains camping i was hoping to get it done before he then proceeds to tell me im fine and have a good day as he tapped on the side of my jeep. I called my spouse crying from parking lot as i was pulling away becuz he was so condesemding i needed my oil changed and wanted my oil changed how rude i shouldn’t have been treated like that. My spouse called corporate and complained they said they would get him in touch w district manager as the store manager was there and seen what happened plus prior run ins w him. He’s not very nice. A week later store manager called and made excuses for this guy saying he watched the video amd didn’t seem rude and that the guy even said i told him i was traveling. But to no fix and no cares just excuses of how a lot of people and women are treated in this industry. Plz take note they were not busy other than only two cars which were both in bays. I usually go to smoky point location and love those guys but this day i was in town in lake stevens. We r wondering if we should even give valvoline any more business So sad …..
